After two weeks of going back and forth, she was not clear on associated costs of a move in on a condo. A land lease deal that has been taking place for over 2 years, became an issue as we came to sign papers, which took up more of our time when we could have been looking for another lease. This is an issue as someone who lives in he desert knew about, one would think an owner/real estate agent/girlfriend have known this ahead of time. She also became unreasonable when asking for a security deposit which was not stated in the first place. It’s one thing when someone has bad credit, bad rental history and no money in the bank, using California state guideline asking for 2−3x the rent, but it’s another when someone has all those things in good standing and would not be reasonable on the security deposit. We were also doing a favor by keeping 5 pieces of furniture in the condo but in turn were going to be charge $ 1500 for it, which became a point of contention for her. Bottom line… communicate proper numbers ahead of time and this problem would not have had existed!

Évaluation du lieu : 5 La Quinta, CA
I recently relocated to the Coachella Valley. Lori very patiently showed me about 20 homes. I made an offer on one, she negotiated a great deal, and I’m now in my new home. I couldn’t be more pleased. The whole process went very smoothly. Lori is very knowledgeable, professional, knows the market, and kept me informed every step of the way. I can whole-heartedly recommend Lori.
