Last year, we had a 10 foot raised mirror that was coming off the wall in our bathroom. The previous installers had not mounted it properly and the entire thing warped.

THE BEST! Asking someone to repair a dual-​pane window opens the door for someone trying to sell you an entirely new window system. NOT PAUL! He was AWESOME. He came and measured, and fixed the window within a few days. Most companies wanted 10 days to repair and recommended total replacement.
I have metal frames and I didn’t want vinyl, and Paul listened fixed and repaired. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Magna Glass.

As good as it gets, Efficient, timely and extra professional. Paul, the owner and a very good guy, came out and measured, and Eli came out and installed. I was surprised how quick the glass came in and how quick Eli installed it. Looks great. And, by the way, good price too! Pros that show up when they say and get it done right still exist. Used Magna Glass and Window Company Inc. to fix our repeatedly broken front window and door. They did an excellent job and even swept their mess up when they were finished! Hopefully we don’t have to contact a glass company again under these circumstances but if we do, we will be calling Magna Glass and Window Company Inc.

These people are the nicest set of contractors we have dealt with in the valley. On time, reasonable costs and true to form. we’ve had them cut and deliver glass tops for our dressers and nightstands. they have also fixed our sliding glass door that was out of whack. don’t hesitate to use them if you need someone.

I called regarding a broken window in my home. Measurements were taken the same day. They exceeded my expectations with timeless considering this was right before Christmas another company wouldn’t even give an appointment til the same day my window was actually replaced by Magna glass. I was quickly contacted with an estimate. Paul and Ted fixed my broken window promptly.

If I could give zero I would. The whole experience from start to finish was appalling. All I wanted was some clear glass for a dresser and two side tables and white glass for two tables in lounge. They came out to measure, took the order. I did not get confirmation of the order, just a call to take payment. As it was a simple order I didn’t question it. The glass arrived and clear is not clear. When I questioned Paul the owner he told me I should know that glass has lead in it and if I wanted clear I should have requested it without lead. They delivered frosted glass instead of white glass for my lounge side tables and when I said I didn’t order it, I was told by Mark that I did. Funny, how the guy Shawn who took my order agreed with me. Finally, they also delivered another piece of glass that I never ordered. After much arguing they took back the frosted glass and replaced it with white. This time it has a blue tinge to it. This is possibly the worst service I’ve experienced. I don’t normally write reviews, but the arrogance, attitude and poor customer service of this company drove me to it. I would find another company in the Valley if you need glass work done.

My experience with this company was terrible. Paul was not friendly on the phone, but agreed to come look at a window replacement at our condo. He told my husband it would take a few weeks to order. I called him to place the order (and texted him) and heard nothing back. I deserve a phone call back at least not just disappearing on me. This is a TERRIBLE and dishonest way to conduct business. I could never recommend him or his company to do any work. And now we are replacing all of our sliding doors (6 of them!) and getting shower enclosures and mirrors. And he lost out of that because of his ZERO communication.

I was so impressed! I had a few small jobs, and everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. My glass table tops were cut perfectly and I even had Paul drill a hole in a large ceramic glazed pot which I am using for a hose pot. I couldn’t be happier. And I love supporting local businesses like this one. Let the good people at Magna take care of you.

We had an issue with a broken window and a broken glass in our slider. I called Paul’s cell phone on a Sunday evening, and he had a crew ready to go first thing Monday morning to board up the slider and to order new glass. New glass came within a day and they installed right away. Customer service is the reason to choose Magna Glass.

When visiting Palm Springs we managed to break a window at a rental property. We needed it urgently fixing that day to ensure the return of our deposit. We called and were booked in for the afternoon. Due to some of their jobs taking longer than expected they initially struggled to make it out to us but once we explained that it had to be fixed that day Paul came out to us after hours and did an amazing job for a great price given they’d made us wait. Amazing customer service and they saved us our deposit and a lot of hassle.

I just left Magna after leaving my deposit for phase 2 of our window replacement project, and wanted to leave a review. Paul and his crew are amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the work and service I’ve experienced. Paul isn’t just a window replacement guy… he’s a guy who replaces windows and brings something extra. I was very hesitant to replace the original jalousie windows out of my 1960 mid century house, but my utility bills demanded it. Paul understood my issues and suggested the perfect windows. And, at installation, he added some extra aluminum that took everything to the next level. I’d recommend Paul and his crew at Magna to anyone.

OK. Job finished with Magna. Price fair, Paul owner, knows his biz, execution by workers just passing. Lori, scheduler, fine.
Window puttying not excellent as these windows adjoin the entrance and catch the eye; three screen clips got dislodged (I removed the screens) and sucked up by their vacuum; glass shards found on bath floor. I replaced the 3 clips myself and wrote a review as I promised Paul I would do.

So, yesterday, I busted the glass in the fixed panel of one of my patio doors… please, don’t ask… I called Magna Glass based on my peer’s reviews here on Unilocal.
Excellent work. The office answered my call on third ring, and scheduled an estimate this morning at 7:30am. Chris and his partner arrived on time and were in and out fast. The office called about 11 with the estimate ($ 200, very reasonable in my mind) and were back onsite with the glass at 11:30am to install. To be fair, they were able to turn this so quickly because they had the glass to fit my door in stock. The warned me if they needed to order, it would take a day or two…
Chris and his partner were very nice, well-​spoken. They were careful about removing broken glass and cleaning. The new piece was installed, bill paid, and they were on the way in about an hour.
I am VERY pleased. Thank you for such prompt, efficient work.

Extremely helpful crew, competitive prices, and fast to deliver on special orders.
They produced a custom-​sized piece of glass quickly (tempered glass with beveled edges in a custom size and my specified thickness), and I found the price to be much lower than I expected.
Although I plan to ask my guests to be more careful in the future, and try not to break any more of the glass that tops my furniture, I’ll absolutely go to Magna again as needed.
