Mail Box Plus

Business has been renovated, friendly staff, and they do a great job packing and shipping. I come to Palm Springs often, I will definitely will recommend this place.

I’d give it No stars if I could. Slow customer service. There computer was down so Fed Ex was the only option & cost $ 25 for something that weighed less than 3 pounds. I was going to do it but they couldn’t take my debit card. AVOID this place.

Where do I start? They SMOKE cigarettes in there — the second had smoke is probably giving the poor DOG that is always at this business cancer. They charged me for priority mail but didn’t and couldn’t give a tracking number. What??? Every priority Mail envelope gives you one. They are clearly not set up to even send Prioity mail. They overcharged me — wouldn’t refund me. I just lets with losing 15 dollars. I couldn’t stand there in a cloud of smoke anymore. I will be reporting them to he BBB, Animals Services, and the City for code compliance. Get it together or close down. Stay away!

Terrible customer service!!! Not to mention a mess I will not go here again! I was just walking by and usually go somewhere else to purchase boxes but I saw in the window they had what I needed. I walked in and was not greeted but just asked what I needed very Rudely then I said I was looking and as asked again the same way so I asked about the box. The clerk thought about it and said yes so I asked if they took debit (the place was such a mess I thought I would ask) the clerk then continued to walk around and not make eye contact and answered «not for 3.50 $) very rudely!!! I was so shocked that I did not even offer to purchase more then one and I said thank you and left. I was so shocked of how I was treated! Just terrible! I usually do not write reviews but I just had to for this place!

Frank, Joe and Vince are great guys and take care of everything so efficiently and effectively. They do USPS, UPS and FEDEX and it’s great to have a full service place to have a mailbox!
