I have been using John and Crew since I came back to the desert. I tried three other dry cleaners. They got the most gruesome ink stain out of gray trousers! Awesome! Centrally located. Close to Starbucks, grocery, health food store etc. oh, reasonable prices too!

Over the past 8 years, I’ve lived in NYC (4 yrs) Boston (3 yrs) and Chicago.
This cleaner’s quality is fine if you don’t mind paying prices higher than Chicago, higher than Boston, and equal to NYC. $ 43 for laundry on 8 shirts and dry cleaning of 2 sweaters. Ridiculous pricing for Palm Springs.
Will not be returning.

This is not only an excellent cleaners but a very honest business with very honest employees. Last week we dropped off about 12 shirts for cleaning, my husband had put $ 36.00 dollars in his shirt pocket we usually check our pockets before we take things to the cleaners and we forgot. Today we picked up our cleaning and the counter woman said oh you left something in your shirt pocket and handed us a little plastic bag with the $ 36.00 dollars in it. While we have been going to them for over 4 years, that cemented our relationship we will be going to them forever and we hope you do too.

I have never had shirts come back from the cleaners in such an appalling condition. Large, obvious wrinkles pressed and starched into the collars, cuffs, and everywhere else, really. I could have saved the $ 17 it cost me to clean 4 shirts, bought a case of beer, drank it, and used the ensuing period of intoxication to do a s#|++¥ job on my own, and my clothing would have looked better. AVOID!

Brought three suit pants and shirts here at 8am needing them done same day. They were promised by 430pm. I showed up and they were ready, clean, pressed, and looked brand new! Very affordable for the detail they provided. I paid $ 28 for all :) Definitely recommend this cleaners. I have been to several others and have had the best luck with this one.

OK here is a first rate cleaner. The shirts are pressed wonderfully. I have them iron my sheets as well (I like to wash them myself because I double rinse them and I have soft water– this makes a difference) They come back presssed so professionally. I was in search for a french laundry in Palm Springs area and these guys are as close as you can get. They track you by your phone number with a computerized register and are so efficient for pick-​up or dropping off. Also they have never mis-​placed any of my items in the six months I been going.

I’ve been trusting my dry cleaning and laundry/​pressing to Palm Springs Cleaners for a few years now and I’ve always been very happy with their service. I love that they don’t use an ink pen to write your last name on men’s shirts like some cleaners do. Somehow, they keep your cleaning all together without writing your name on the shirt.
They’ve always been super efficient and on time with our cleaning, too. I wouldn’t say this is an inexpensive cleaner, but I’m willing to pay their prices because everything is always pressed perfectly and is always done on time.
