Horrible horrible service. I risked my life by going here. They sold me a bike and they did not arm it well. I rode the bike home and the brake caliper was hanging down! I had no brakes! Super sketchy. Never going here again. Rethink and double check if you choose in buying a bike here. Your life depends on it

Hey Mike I forgot you’re a member the Clinton club, so full of BS that you even believe what you say. in the first place I never told you I was Christian what difference does that make. the bottom line is yeah you didn’t charge me after your service manager Rocky who is a nice guy by the way stepped in and took over the negotiations. The $ 400 for the repairs that you’re service manager told me wasn’t going to cost me anything. but by the way when I got the rhino home and tried to start it to get off the trailer after you supposedly fixed it it would not start. And there it sits in my garage not having run since I got the thing except like two times where it didn’t even perform as it should which I never would’ve been able to figure out since you didn’t let me test drive it. So I’m going on making my 2nd payment, and all of my families coming up for the holidays and oh I’m sorry guess what the toy I bought to be able to take everybody out and have fun with sits in the freaking garage and not able to work so thanks Mike. and as far as the paperwork I looked at the paperwork and you never highlighted anything regarding the financing so you’re full of BS on that too this whole experience has just been a pack of lies. Everything I’ve stated in both of these reviews has been the gospel truth as long as you’re bringing Christianity into this conversation. so don’t bother responding I simply am calling a spade a spade and that’s what Unilocal is for, to expose people like you so that other people can be aware of what they’re getting into. Oh by the way I’m surprise you didn’t accuse me of expressed anti-Antisemitism toward you. For those of you following this conversation, ask yourself, what possible motivation would I have in fabricating all this if it wasn’t true. If What you, Mike say is true, than I’d be one more of your raving fans that would be thrilled with the experience and pouring out praise for having been so well taken care of. What possible reason would I have to lie. You, Mike, on the other hand, have allot to loose in not trying to polish a tarnished reputation by attempting to discredit me. Good luck with that. Just to set the record straight about your claim that I said I was a Christian comment, I’m actually Jewish by birth of the house of Ephraim and a Christian by faith.

I was expecting another pompous motorcycle shop like is usually customary in this industry but it was very far from what I got. I went in to buy reinforced motorcycle pants for an upcoming motorcycle trip to India and everyone was super friendly and talkative. The guy in the front was super nice and directed me to the back where the clothing was. The people in the back were receptive to my needs AND the lady in the back even offered me a 25% discount for the pants(I would have bought them without the discount). I also knew they had the Yamaha FJ09 which had interested me in the past so after I paid for the pants I chatted the front(taller guy) gentleman about the FJ09 and he never pressured me one time but simply genuinely informed me and answered my questions. I definitely know where I will go get my next bike. These guys have earned my repeat business!

What a great dealership. Conveniently located off the 10 Freeway, this is the place to stop at for any motorcycle needs. I purchased a Yamaha Bolt from this place roughly 8 months ago and I’m still incredibly satisfied with it. They have low prices, will beat most other prices as they did with me. Although I no longer live in the area, I ride out to get my bike serviced. The staff is friendly and nice in every department. What I enjoyed was they get down to business. No games, yet they maintain that level of customer service you like to experience. I bought my Bolt during a music fest weekend. I walked in, next think I know I was on my way out with the bike(got to park upfront right by the gates, perks of a bike). It is the same when I get service. They are quick and efficient. Their parts and accessory selection has definitely grown. They have a really nice selection of anything you could need. Check them out next time you are looking for a bike, service, parts, or accessories. Great dealership from top to bottom. Everybody there has a passion for motorcycles, especially the owner. Ask him about his cool collection of motorcycles, its a treat to hear what he has. I highly recommend.

This dealership is one of SoCal’s gems — I’m not kidding. I’ve purchased motorcycles from at least ten dealers in the last decade or so, and this is definitely one of the best I’ve dealt with. A big showroom, good selection of bikes, demos on hand, and courteous sales team. When I was looking for a new lightweight track bike, I called them from Orange County. My negotiation with them lasted about sixty seconds… ME: «Hi, what’s your OTD on the RC390?» PSM: «Do you have a price in mind? I’ll beat anyone.» ME: «I’ve gotten a quote of xxx, out the door.» PSM: «No problem, I can have the bike delivered to your front door tomorrow for $ 500 cheaper.» The next day, I was looking at my new motorcycle. If my next new bike purchase is a KTM or Yamaha, you can bet it will be from these guys.

Living full time in Palm Springs made purchasing and servicing of a bike very difficult. This is due to the fact that the nearest motorsports dealers are quite some distance away. I was very pleased when this dealer opened since it’s only 5 minutes from my home. While they don’t sell the brand of bike I own(Honda) their service department is able to provide any needed servicing desired. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and genuinely want my business. I thoroughly recommend this business to any bike owner.

Sales department is stellar and will beat most otd pricing. Parts department is well equipped with OEM Yamaha and KTM parts and have great sources for All other Makes such as Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. There service department is very trust worthy and efficient, equipped with certified Yamaha techs. Willing to work on Almost All makes and models. Over all this place has a great since of costumer service and desire for your business! Check them out! I surly recommend it for anything motorcycle related!

Couldn’t have been better. After riding an FZ6R at the Yamaha demo event at PSM, my wife and I decided to make the move and buy one. They had one more in stock, so we began the deal at about 430pm. We had the bike prepped, contract signed and she was in the saddle and on the road by 6pm. It was the smoothest buying experience in over 40 years of riding and buying pretty much any brand you can name. At 600 miles, we brought the bike in for first service. The work was done as quoted and ahead of time. We can’t say enough about their staff and how great it is to have another new bike dealer in town.

Honestly, this place is a complete joke. I called to have my bike serviced(oil change), and they told me I had to make an appointment. So I did and took my bike in the day and time they wanted me to. They had my bike for close to 20 days, and never called me. Not even once. I called after about 10 days, and some lady gave me some lame excuse that they hadn’t gotten to it yet but they were working hard on it. Complete BS. So then another nine days goes by with no call, no nothing. I finally called and told him I was coming to pick up the bike immediately whether it is been worked on or not because this is just ridiculous. This place is full of nothing but hot air, and people who like to make excuses. What a way to run a business… run it in the ground that is. Horrible service. This place will never last.

So, my son is away at school in San Marcos. We have a Kawasaki(not Yamaha or KTM) ZX6r… he rides to school… he started having issues with the battery dying and it not wanting to start. We took it to the dealer in Beaumont to have it looked at, 8 weeks, a new battery and $ 800 later we got the bike back. I was excited to see it was quite obvious they had left the bike outside for all 8 weeks it took them to do the repair they said would be done in a few days. We took the bike back down to San Marcos for him and 4 days later, same problem. Since I didn’t want to needlessly spend more«COYNE» I had him take it to South Bay Motor Sports in Chula Vista. They discovered it was something else totally unrelated to the work I had already had done… GREAT. So $ 600.00 and a week later we got the bike back. This time it was only 3 days before the problem resurfaced. I brought the bike back to the desert and on the advice of a long time friend decided to take it to a «YAMAHA» dealer since both the actual Kawasaki dealers couldn’t seem to fix it, it made so much sense I did it. We picked the bike up about a month ago, Charlie, the mechanic handed me a package of wires and said it was all caused by a failing security system. The bike runs better than it ever has and there hasn’t been the slightest issue. I cannot express the happiness Charlie has returned to my life, nor the sadness I feel from spending close to $ 1500.00 and not having it fixed… BIFC!!!(before I found charlie)
