I visited Palm Springs for a girls weekend for my cousins 25th birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a cake. I found Palm Springs Pastry on Unilocal and I’m glad I did! I spoke with Paul over the phone and he was great, even though I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. It was delivered to the resort without issue and they even worked with the front desk to keep it a surprise! The only«downside» was that the red velvet flavor wasn’t as rich as I’d prefer, but it certainly was a quality cake. I think it had something to do with the natural ingredients they use. I’m sure some of the other flavors would need better. Frosting was delicious however. The cake was beautiful and my cousin cried… So I would say it was a success!

The almond croissant are incredible! The flour it’s imported from France and the talented chefs bake delicacies that remind me of the finest boulangerie across the Atlantic. The cakes look very inviting and demand«investigation» on a return trip. Want fresh bread for dinner? Warm baguettes appear from the oven after 1 P.M.

Palm Springs Pastry’s Viennese Butter Cake is so delicious!!! It’s huge and is the most wonderful way to start your day with a hot cup of coffee or tea. The organic Meyer lemon wash on this cake gives it a sweet/tart tingle. Wow, just describing it makes me yearn for a slice right now. My cake(s) arrived packaged well and wrapped like a gift, no detail is spared with this company. Freezes well, keeps in the fridge for a week, not that it will last that long. Thanks Palm Spring Pastry!
