I’ve been going for several months and I love this place. My core is stronger and I feel amazing.
All instructors are very good. My schedule only allows me to take from Ron and I look forward to weekly classes. He’s an amazing guy with lots of knowledge and training. Very professional and polished.
Just a note: You need to pre-​book when season starts because classes fill up FAST!

Three weeks back in Palm Springs and already 4 lbs lost, body tightening up and my back is hurting less… thank you Pilates Plus! I have taken classes at three other studios and none compare with you!
My husband joined me in 3 – 4 classes a week plus the Wheat Belly diet and he’s lost nine pounds and is a Pilates convert!

This is the best of Pilates. One could do private, or group– both of them are a joy to your mind and body. Highly recommended. Ron is a former ballet dancer and a genuinely nice human being in addition to being super instructor who cares about each of the members. Exceptional place deserves higher than
the maximum five.

I’ve been finally getting my lazy ass back to Pilates Plus. I love this place! Highly recommend. I especially love how attentive Stephen, one of the instructors, has been with me and the other students. He’s really good at giving everyone individual attention. Good at keeping your form!

This place is fantastic! Good for all levels of experience and they give easy to understand instructions. I have been dealing with some back problems and every instructor (Ron, Stephen, Niki) will go out of their way to modify an exercise to take into account people with bad backs. Thank you for your attention to detail!

My instructor’s name is Niki and she is awesome! I am back doing Pilates after suffering a broken ankle this past summer. It is a low impact process that allows the body to burn fat and stretch muscles. Pilates gives the muscles a workout by including breathing while using form. I always feel physically and mentally revived and charged after classes.

Pilates Plus Palm Springs is by far the best pilates studio in the Coachella Valley. Ron & Niki are great instructors. I’ve been taking classes here for several years, usually 5 days a week. Makes a world of difference in core strength. My balance has improved greatly. The instructors explain the moves in detail including the purpose of each particular move. It’s fun, healthy and leaves me feeling stronger and taller. Give it a try — you’ll be so glad you did!

I’ve been attending classes at Pilates Plus Palm Springs for almost three years and it’s changed my life. I have more energy and am so much more in tune with my body. Classes are fun and always have a variety of exercises to keep things fresh and moving. It’s the perfect combination of stretch, strength and increased heart rate while keeping the mind focused and clear. Pilates Plus caters to all levels of fitness. You’ll never feel out of place or like you don’t know what your doing. The vibe is casual and never judgemental. Come in whatever condition your body and mind might be and you’ll find a comfortable and supportive environment in which you’ll achieve your personal goals.

I started taking classes 6 months ago. I started out once a week and now I go 3 times a week. I have seen a significant change in my body and health. I never really cared for the gym but Pilates has opened my eyes. I feel stronger healthier and so aware of my body and mind. Ron and Niki have been so AMAZING! I look forward to every class and wish I had the time to go daily. I have also taken one 50⁄50 class which is half spin and half Pilates on the reformer and what an amazing intense experience. The instructors are encouraging and have never made me feel inadequate. They have always been encouraging. The classes are small enough that you don’t feel like your not being paid attention to. It’s like having your own trainer. I highly recommend this studio.

I was recently introduced to Pilates plus by another member who is a friend, and it’s just what I was looking for. I have always been athletic, and worked out, but when I moved to Palm Springs, I couldn’t find a gym I liked, so I decided to give Pilates a try. I’m soooo glad I did! Ron and Steven are excellent instructors, and they always make sure your form is perfect. 5 stars, highly recommended for all ages and fitness levels, they have classes for all.

Ron Duran and his staff are absolutely the best. I’ve been a member for approx. 5 years and can’t begin to rave about how much these guys have helped me with severe arthritic issues.
Most importantly they really pay attention to the members and give corrections as needed.

I had back pain for 8 months and my surgeon told me I could start Pilates after epidural shots.
I went to Pilates plus and they were so careful and helpful to get me back into shape. They make sure I am safe and do not hurt my back again. I have lost weight and I am much stronger. I highly recommend Pilates plus.

Joseph Pilates said that in ten sessions of pilates you feel a difference; in 20 you see a difference; and in 30 you’re on your way to a whole new life. I’ve been lucky enough to experience this transformation thanks to Pilates Plus! After years of trying nearly every kind of workout, I feel like I’ve found the most effective and enjoyable way to stay looking and feeling great thanks to the awesome trainers here. I saw results very quickly, and almost a year later, I still am learning new things in every class. Best of all, no matter how difficult the workout, the trainers never cease to keep me smiling, laughing and improving. And I know they don’t have control over this, but everyone who comes here is nice too! Besides my own apartment, this is my favorite place to be in Palm Springs.

This has been an amazing find. I have lost nearly 20 pounds and changed the shape of my body since beginning Pilates Plus about six months ago. Believe me, I am not a coordinated person, but the quality of instruction at this studio is top notch. Ashley, Ron and Stephen are all incredible instructors! The atmosphere is warm, friendly and fun. I very much appreciate the ease of scheduling and wide array of different classes. This is truly a five star studio!

Awesome studio with amazing instructors. A true exercise jewel in the desert. I get bored really quickly with exercise routines and this studio has kept my interest and engaged me to keep to a routine that is fun and shows results.

Was spending the weekend in the area and thought I’d give this place a go. Totally different than the SPX Pilates that I’m used to but i really enjoyed the class! My instructor was Ron who also owns the studio. Super nice teacher with a keen focus on form… i loved that! Usually an instructor will come around and correct your form every once in a while but Ron def seemed like a stickler with form with everyone… he knew everyone in the studio by name and was not shy in pointing out form faults with everyone. That’s the way it should be as good form prevents injuries.
Looks like there are 10 SPX machines and also something called the WundaChair which I wish I got to try out… next time… next time.

I was recently in Palm Springs with my fiancé for a wedding and was looking for a place to get a great workout while out of town. Ron Duran taught us two outstanding classes: one on the Proformer and one on the Wunda Chair. He gave us personalized attention, was incredibly friendly, and our bodies felt perfectly worked from both workouts! As a Pilates and fitness trainer, I am picky when it comes to trainers and workout classes. Ron’s classes were addicting and effective!
The studio was beautiful, very clean, and inviting.
I will definitely go back every time I am in Palm Springs!
