Red Rhino Leak Detection

I called Red Rhino when the water level on my pool went down two inches in an hour. I turned off the filter and awaited Red Rhino. When Matthew, the technician arrived, he immediately noticed a leak in our filter. He was able to fix the filter and told me that unless the pool continued to be low the problem was solved. There was no charge and told me that this was a courtesy. I hope I never have to, but will call Red Rhino in a heartbeat if I again suspect a leak.

I had 4 companies checking the pools and they all failed to find the problem and solve it.
Red Rhino came to my place 5 times to try and figure it out and even that the problem isn’t solved (Yet) completely they never gave up and til now still checking and looking to fix the problem completely.
Pricing never changed and they honored their word.
Brian the tech that came out is a super-​star and a real asset, pleasure to work with the guy.

I had a leak in my pool /​spa line as dirt was coming into the spa.
They are as good as you would want in service at your home!
They arrived on time and were technically up to speed on my old filter and its capabilities.
They found the leak and each step of the way, explained what they were doing and why.
And, then explained the additional costs.
It ended up costing $ 300 which was worth it to find and fix the leak — for the amount of hours they spent on the project.

This is the second time I have used them. The first time was about 4 or 5 years ago and we had 3 leaks in our pipes and they were able to mark the spots within a foot or so where the leak was. Our pool size with an attached jacuzzi the leak detection is $ 350 and if you book for them to fix your repair within 7 days, they take $ 100 off the repair.
Based on how large of a problem we had a few years ago we have been holding off getting this done to have the money to do repairs as well.
The guy spent almost 3 hours here, in the rain getting in and out of the pool. Very nice and professional. I kept walking by the window wondering how many X marks I was going to see (X marks a leak in a pipe)
Well, it turned out our leak was inside the broken pool light conduit and he patched it with epoxy so no additional repairs were needed. The price they quoted for the leak detection also fixed it at no additional charge.
Will use them again, and recommend them to anyone.
