Extremely disappointed! My husband went to get his haircut here. Wish I would have gotten the name of the lady that messed up his hair. He said she was blonde husky Caucasian lady. Anyways. HORRIBLE! He went in and asked for a clean up. He came out with a horrible uneven line, he asked for a tapper fade and came out and looked like he had a bowl on his head. Ridiculous. I sent him right back inside Melissa sat him down and she was able to try and fix it. MEN STAY AWAY! every time my husband comes here something wrong always happens. Seems like sport clips just hires any random lady who thinks she knows what she’s doing but doesn’t. You’re better off spending your money at a barber shop where Men who know what their doing can assist you. I’m never allowing my husband to step foot in this place ever again.

I have been going here for almost 2 years now, one of the best no appointment needed hair cut stations in town. Great staff, makes you feel most welcome. The shampoo and massage are a great value or if in a time crunch the basic is very good. More than just a clip and go, they take their time to do it right. Melissa is the best stylist, very warm and friendly and can do exactly what you are looking for in a style. Price paid matches value received and then some.

Went to this Sport Clips for a last minute hair cut last night. Was grateful the staff was still there at 6:45 pm as there was a massive and rare rainstorm in Palm Springs. Many businesses had closed early.
Ale (pronounced «Ally») did my haircut and it was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. In spite of the horrible weather she took extra time and she is clearly a highly skilled professional. I received a free upgrade to their VIP cut that includes a shoulder massage — I cannot wait to return.

Fantastic haircuts (by Melissa), great price (even get a Senior discount), and great atmosphere. Melissa is the best hairstylist I’ve had, as she listens to what I want, yet does not hesitate to make suggestions. Highly recommend Melissa and the Palm Springs Salon!

Was very disappointed in the level of skill. I asked for one style and got something totally different. At that point it was to late to even fix it. The «stylist» was just like what ever. I would strongly advise people to not go here unless your looking for a basic buzz cut.

This is m regular hair cutting spot in Palm Springs as I split my time between here and AZ. In AZ I typically utilize a high-​end salon and spa.
At less than 50% of the cost — with some of the same extras such as scalp massage and warm or cold face towels with the MVP upgrade, this Sport Clips location is awesome. Quality and service are always amazing.
Ask for Alex. She does an awesome job in addition to being very sweet and pleasant!

Having moved to Palm Springs several months ago, I’ve been looking for a good barber. Found one. SportsClips does a great job. Neat and Clean facility. Hygiene is great. Haircut was very well done. Price is reasonable. I paid $ 16, which is the senior price. Strongly recommend this place. Ask for Alexis.

What a great experience! Great cut, shampoo, hot towel face treatment and scalp and neck massage.
Free neck trims between cuts. Recommend adding a hot towel and massage weekly
Melissa was great but so are the other staff on duty. Felt welcome. Not just another bill in the register like those other S**cut stores.

I brought my son to sport clips for s haircut. I asked Ronn to cut ¾ inch off. He proceeded to cut my sons hair and cut about 1 ½ to 2 inches off. My son was very upset almost brought to tears. The haircut is the worst he has received in his ten years. I like the idea of the business but won’t go back to this location. We have been there a few times before but don’t want to risk having Ronn be the one to cut my sons hair.

Due to my frugal ways I have been the victim of some bad haircuts over the years. Sport clips on the other hand has been great. I have been here four times and have always gotten excellent service. The wait is minimal, the shop is clean and the prices are fair.
