Wood-Joy

We looked far and wide for high quality teak lounge furniture for our deck with no avail Even online it was difficult to find anything high quality that was also easy to shop and good looking. And then we found Wood-​Joy.
I was a bit skeptical, since it was in Palm Springs and we live in Southern Oregon, but after deciding what we wanted — and we discovered they had a package deal on a set that easily met our needs — I called with some degree of trepidation, expecting to have to deal with difficult people. Instead, I got an extremely helpful salesman, who stayed with us without pestering us while we made up our minds on fabric and extras. The one thing that disappointed us was that we were unable to get the cushions for the deep lounge chair and couch in the patterned fabric we liked, although we were able to get throw pillows. Now that we have it, however, I realize that the main cushion fabric is sturdier than the pillow fabric, which is probably why they only do throw pillows in that fabric.
We wanted the set if possible in time for house guests arriving in 5 weeks and the delivery time said 3 – 5 weeks, but the salesman told us he should be able to get it to us in adequate time. And they did — we got it in 2 ½ weeks, leaving plenty of time to put it together. Putting the set together was a chore — be aware and required some degree of skill, but the company checked in with us and made sure we had what we needed. In addition, two of the cushions came sewed together incorrectly, but when I called, they immediately sent me a return label and told me they’d have the re-​sewn cushion covers back in time for our guests — and they did!
All in all, good and friendly customer service, great products and an excellent purchase experience. Plus the shipping was actually considerably less that many others and in the range I would consider reasonable for the bulk and weight — though, of course, the products are high quality and not inexpensive.
It’s the first time I bought from this company which I found on the web independently but I would definitely purchase more from them when we have another need for deck type furniture and recommend them to others.

I ordered some teak bar stools from Wood-​Joy. I was not only impressed w/​their beauty, BUT, when I had a problem with assembly they agreed to take care of getting them assembled for me.
I love companies like this that REALLY care about their customers and will bend over backards to make sure you have a great purchasing experience.
I would buy from them again anytime and I am not a «plant». It was my 1^st purchase and I found them on the web. I have never met or heard of them prior to this purchase.
