The best repair shop in town. They did a great job, and got my phone working just like new.

1st Experience: Went in to purchase a classic Nintendo Entertainment System(NES) fathers day of last year and Eyad was very helpful. He had a huge selection of Retro game systems, accessories and games at prices that were better then what I found on Amazon, or ebay(and no stress of hoping to win a bid). Took the system home, worked great, but the new PIN connector he refurbished it with was VERY Tight. I called him to just ask about it and he immediately offered to switch out the machine as he had other ones in the shop and did not want me to worry about it. Told him I was also looking for a specific game and he said he had it at his other location(Palmdale) and offered to bring it the location I was making the exchange at(Lancaster). Ended up swapping the system out with one that has given me no issues in a almost a year and purchased additional games. 2nd Experience: Last week, I took my wife’s laptop to him as the machine was overheating, unresponsive and overall running very slow. Additionally the DVD/CD Drive would not open(Information I did not tell him as I didn’t think we would fix that because of cost) and would not read disc’s when I did manage to manually open it. Eyad contacted me the next day and not only told me about the overheating issue, but also that the HD was going bad as well. He provided a great price to repair of less then $ 100 and this included replacing the DVD drive which again, I never pointed out as issue. Got the Laptop back and it runs like NEW. No more issues with overheating, or unresponsiveness. I was originally afraid I was going to have to spend another $ 400-$ 500 for a new machine and now am comfortable I can save that expense for at least another few years. Overall: Just my observations and opinions… Very Professional, prompt with responses, and very reasonable with prices on both repairs as well as purchases. I have purchased quite a few games and accessories and have had no issues with any of them. He will answer any questions you have and no task seems to big or small. Prices are better then almost any other place I have seen. Games and consoles are cheaper then at stores in Los Angeles(Frank and Sons for example) and repairs are cheaper as well(i.e. Screen replacements for phones compared to AV Mall prices). If you have any issues give this place a call first. Final Note: Like the AV Retro Facebook page as he does do giveaways once a month and posts deals on there as well. I have never won any giveaways but did snag an old laptop on super special for $ 30(YES $ 30) for my daughter, who is a teen, to surf the web on. It was an older model with not much memory or HD space but has done exactly what we needed it to do and is still running strong after 6 months.

Great first experiance and customer service overall. Ehab explained everything very thoroughly with me of what to expect and how much it would cost. Took in my xbox and now dropped off my PC for some work.

It’s a shame I even have to give him a star . The absolute worst I phone repair shop in the av .he shuts down the shop whenever he wants opens it whenever he wants .any part you need fixed takes 2 days to ship to his shop and then he still takes his time fixing it. never gives a specific time for you to pick it up. Didn’t even fix my phone but still charged me .took it to Jacobs studio in Lancaster and when he opened it he showed me everything this guy took from my phone! went back and asked him for my parts, claimed he through them away !!! He is a JOKE!!! Take your business somewhere else please !!! Sometimes the cheap way backfires ! Telling you from experience !
