They do great work. Owner has lots of experience you can tell by his work. And very good customer service skills and also very patient from both owners martha and octavio and they always do everything they can so you are completely satisfied with there work. I recommend them to everyone that ever asks me about there work.

Thank you for re-​doing our two couches. We just had them delivered today and they look great. Octavio only took two weeks to completely redo out couches. They look better then they did when they were new. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve seen the other poor reviews. However, my experience was excellent. I had a leather wingback chair reupholstered by them in 2012. They have a rather disorganized showroom and appear to be family owned and operated. I believe they live in the house next to the shop.
I selected the leather. The owner called me when the leather arrived and told me it was not to his quality standard and he was returning it. This slightly delayed the work but was well worth the effort.
The chair was reupholstered in about 3 weeks. I wasn’t in a hurry so didn’t mind the timeline. Fair and reasonably priced. Excellent quality and workmanship.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
They have NO integrity. They broke the trimming on my chair, promised to repair and has yet to show up to fix it. Ive called them a dozen times. Now im ready to find someone else to repair the trim on my chair that act 2 broke. I want my money back, my next step is small claims court. This was all unnecessary for SOMETHING THAT ACT 2 BROKE and said was an easy fix.

These guys were a complete nightmare. The work they did was just okay, once they did it. did not honor the written quote, held us hostage for our chairs, drove us all mad trying to communicate with them. promised dates blew by without even a courtesy call, did not return phone calls, generally downright RUDE. Stay away!
