ADL Window Coverings

I have been using Oscar for many years. he does all the window coverings in our numerous apartment buildings, and has always down an excellent job. On the few occasions where something was not exactly right, Oscar would come right out and fix it.
I highly recommend him.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am and by 9:50am, he hadn’t arrived or even called so I had to call him to see where he was. He told me he «forgot» he had another appointment and was still at that location & wouldn’t be done for another 45 minutes & could then come out afterwards. But to make matters worse, the location he was at was about 40 minutes from where I live. He told me he had all the parts needed to fix my blinds though so obviously he knew he was scheduled to come out so I don’t understand why he didn’t call me to reschedule the appointment for later in the day. Not only did he cause me to be late for my own job because of what he did, but now I have to find someone else to fix my blinds because I refuse to deal with someone as unprofessional as he is. If he can’t make a simple phone call, how can he be trusted to do an actual repair job? He disrespected my time by not even bothering to call and tell me he made a mistake in scheduling the appointment and needed to reschedule for a later time or day. If he had at least called me, I would’ve understood, but I had to call him just to find out where he was. That is so unprofessional!!! He also screwed up my moving schedule because I am moving and needed the blinds repaired. I am beyond disappointed with this service and would NEVER recommend him to anyone!
