recently with the release of windows 10 some updates have been shown to cause a severe compromise on user privacy. Bearcomp sent me a copy of the document issued by a computer security company recommending that I delete one of the updates that is supposed to be a precurser to downloading windows 10. What microsoft did not say when it issued the update was that this compromise of user personal security was a big part of the update, and if many of us had known beforehand, we would have elected to avoid the update. Thanks to my relationship with bearcomp I received complete instructions to remove the potentially harmfu update from my windows 7 pro, 64 bit. Thanks to Bearcomp for being on the ball and advising me of this important information and how to deal with it.

I think his knowledge of computers is a bit… out of date. I was told that my 2-year old top-end gaming machine must be «over 10 years old cause of your Windows OS.» I have Vista, which granted is an older version of Windows, but the machine was purchased 2nd hand. After attempting to explain this several times and being talked over and told, essentially, that I didn’t know what I was talking about, I moved on. There may not be many computer experts(outside of the«Geek Squad» which is overpriced and I won’t use), but there are people more in touch than BearComp.
