Super friendly staff. Clean beds and fair prices. I just would like more selection of big hot beds I’d even pay more. FYI the spray tans are also amazing.

So this place isn’t that bad. The price is decent and they offer good deals EXCEPT they have terrible customer service and they charge you if you forget your eye wear and if you don’t wanna pay for the eye stickers you can’t tan!!! that’s BULLSHIT!!! And I always have to wait for a bed! The beds are old and never stay closed all the way! I prolly will cancel my membership!

First of all, this west side tan now. I love the beds and staff here but it’s unbearably hot. No one likes to get sticky and sweaty after tanning. Now that the summer’s approaching I don’t even want to go in here because of how hot it is. :(

Never had any issues here with service. Sometimes the beds bulbs were out during my session but that was all I could find wrong. They’ve always been nice and helpful to me and my boyfriend every time we go in. Love this location!!!

Management is HORRIBLE and never answers their phones! The actual recording says they will return your call in 7 to 10 business days!!! REALLY??? An employee didn’t turn my paper work in LAST YEAR to freeze my account, even when I had filled out proper paperwork and now Bronze Buns tells me I have to pay several NSF fees for an account that was NOT supposed to be used! But the worse part is that you cannot speak to anybody who has authority and the employee that did this for me is no longer working there!!! Nicole is the owner and should really deal with these issues instead of collecting all the money from customers and NOT dealing with the customer service!

Service is always great, place is always clean and they have great little things that they sell besides tanning products, and they definitely have a good variety of different tanning lotions and after care stuff. I have a monthly membership and I come in at least 2 – 3 times a week (until I get the desired color I am looking for), this is my go-​to place for tanning, and I will only come here to so my tanning.

I’ve never had so many issues with one place before– I cancelled my account several years ago and they kept billing me, so I called and the manager said there was nothing she could do. After calling and calling, I finally received one free month of tanning (which didn’t do much justice considering I wanted a refund for the three months extra I paid). Lesson learned– keep your cancellation receipts. I decided to go back and had even more problems. There was probably something in their computer systems saying I was a bad customer because the girls kept putting me in the beds for the maximum time, even if I had asked for it to be much less time. I signed up for the three month consecutive tanning (which is actually 4 months, so yes, read the fine print) and was pissed when they kept charging my account. Oh, and don’t expect to be reached by the customer service responder for at least two weeks. I wouldn’t go back to these jerks if they paid me.

After 24 months in a cryogenic chamber, I found my skin wasn’t shining with bronze pleasure the way it had prior. Asking myself what I could do, only one solution came to mind, spray paint. The manager at Home Depot informed me that the direct application of spray paint on the skin could lead to cancer and well as nerve damage, and is stupid. So I drove to the other end of the parking lot thinking a few minutes under the copy machine at Staples would work, and boom out of nowhere, BRONZE BUNZ. Such a clever name, how could I not be intrigued. I walk inside, they look at me and laugh. See, I’m what they call «milk chocolate» complexioned; this means I don’t need a tan. Rest assured I was as surprised as they were to find out that I was black, and decided right then and there to stop playing real life World of Warcraft.

I prefer this location over the Lancaster one.
1. It’s closer to my work
2. Less crowded and I never have to wait for a bed.
–the layout there and location is good as well.
–the girls are all sweet as well and are willing to show you how to use a bed if you need help
