This is the second time I come on my lunch break thru the drive thru, and I get to work and my dressing and salsa container hardly has anything in it. I won’t be coming back anymore. Very sad!

Used to be a fan of EPL, but no more. Waited in drive thru line 30 minutes… there were 4 cars ahead of us. Attempted to leave after 15 minutes wait, but there were cars behind us. They were out of several items when we finally placed our order, and no apology was made for the wait time. Food was barely warm when served. At least I didn’t get food poisoning. There are many other options for good fast food. This restaurant in particular seems VERYPOORLY managed

A week ago my boyfriend went & got me a double chicken taco salad i asked for no rice. When he got home there wasn’t double chicken or avocado or sour cream. I called & let the supervisor know. She said next time i can get one free she took my name & said she wrote it down. I called today to see if i could pick up a salad before work, the supervisor said i had to have a receipt that she can’t give away food without a receipt! Thought they wrote down my name!

Horrible service. They didn’t give us all our food we noticed when we got home. I ordered a 2 piece n my chicken was super dry and it looked old. like from yesterday left overs. My girlfriend ordered a chipole chicken burrito and it looks like the sour cream turned into cottage cheese. And there was no chicken in the burrito. Stay away from this El pollo loco. Bad customer service. I’m so unhappy.
I ordered a double chicken avocado salad today and when I got it back to work there was no sour cream. This is probably the third or fourth issue I have had at this restaurant and reported and no one ever contacts me back.

I came here last night and ordered a pollo bowl to go. When I got home and started eating my bowl, I found a piece of plastic tube and hair mixed with the rice and beans! This was disgusting! Not to mention, they forgot to give me dressing and utensils. I am very disappointed with this restaurant. I will NOT be coming back here again. To those who are reading this and plan on eating at this restaurant, please check your food before you eat it. The Verdict: Never again!

Worst tostada ever! This restaurant can never get the order correct. When I order no sour cream, I mean no sour cream! And where’s my salad dressing? Totally ruined my salad. There wasn’t even any extra salsa in the bag for me to add that to the salad, it was very dry. The drive through at this location takes longer than any drive-through I’ve ever been to. They can never seem to get my order straight. We usually check it as we drive off, but today there was no time and we got home and it was missing the salad dressing and it had sour cream all over! Yuck! I called corporate and they will pass the information on, but a lot of good that’ll do I want my salad dressing now!

I don’t understand why everytime I come here by drive thru is unbelievably slow… To make the drive thru more efficient I wish they would have server standing out there on high volume times waiting to take your order just like in and out, that way the cooks could get to your food sooner rather than later. Because right now Their ticket time is absurd for fast food. And Rosemary who has taken my order before has always been nice and has a great smile and says hi to my children each and every time. I enjoy El Pollo Loco food, just not the wait. …

This is seriously the worst pollo loco ever. I have been ripped off numerous times here. Had orders that weren’t complete, and employees who don’t understand what they are selling for the family meals, even though there is a sign stating something other than what they are saying right in front of my face. They are slow and to make it worse they forgot to give us salsas at all the other day. They didn’t even ask. Its not even worth it anymore. I’m only going there if there are no other options. Don’t waste your time.

If they knew how to get an order right, they would have gotten a much better rating. They ask you what kind of salsa you want then proceed to either forget or give you too little. Is it impossible to get 3 of the green salsa every time I order a 3 piece meal?

Wow, I had a great experience at the drive thru today. After waiting five-ten minutes to order I pulled up to the speaker and asked what the best way to order four breasts and a large rice and bean was. He told me that it would cost $ 20.00 to individually order everything. He then proceeded to process all the other ways I could order the same thing in a combo pack for less. He informed me that buying my order individually would be the cheapest option. He then asked how I would like my chicken cooked and checked with the cook to make sure they were all done and ready for me at the window. I was so impressed with this service from a drive thru, I was disappointed when It was a different server at the window. She was also pleasant, and I asked her to give the person who took my order a two dollar tip and thank him for the great service. This Pollo Loco is much better than the one in Lancaster. And the food was delicious, especially the chicken.

I like this pollo loco a lot more than the one in Lancaster. The service is always very fast, no long waits and I don’t know why but the house salsa at this location is a lot better and has more flavor than the one in Lancaster. I’ve tried several things on the menu, I like the tortilla rolls and I looooove their Churros, tastes just like the Churros id get as a child :)

Dollar brc’s and tacos al carbon! Also, the crunchy tacos are real good! This particular location has awesome service. They ask what kind of salsa you would like and they don’t forget to put it in the bag like most restaurants the serve good food fast.

A — Ok is all this place gets. Usually everytime I go there, I get pretty good food. The last time, however, the service was a tiny bit rude. Sitting at the window, I can hardly hear or understand what the guy says, and then I say no thank you. I wait patiently for«how can i help you?» instead he says«just waiting on you» Ummm…i dont think so. I order some taquitos and get out of there. Taquitos were burning hot on the outside… cold on the inside. Oil is way too hot. Eh
