Worst customer service by kamal or what ever his name was. Was not helpful at all. Refused to provide information on releases an would just say to go online and check it out. I can’t believe they would hire personnel like him. I don’t know why people work in retail if they can’t be of assistance.

I came here for the Jordams dropping today expecting there to be a simple transaction: turn in my raffle ticket, receive my shoes, pay, and leave. If only it had been that simple. I was ignored when I walked in and waited in line to be helped. When I was acknowledged, a worker (who had just taken another woman’s raffle ticket) looked at one and simply said «oh» without taking mine and walking away. The manager was busy assisting an angry woman so there was no one else to turn to. Then, the manager went to the back to get the shoes and ignored me flagging him down to give him my ticket. He returned, walked past me to assist a friend and go his shoes for him. So 4 others who cam after me were helped FIRST until I asked if I was invisible before I finally received some lack luster service and my shoes. With all of this, NO one apologized or said thanks for shopping here/​have a nice day as we left. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this store for service again. Such a let down and I called corporate as I stood there and was ignored.

I hope the general manager of this store reads this. The three individuals working at 6:41 on Tuesday, July 22 were standing around flapping their yaps and never once acknowledged that I was in the store. The girl spoke to another customer who was leaving, but I guess because I am not 25 anymore, my money isn’t good enough for these people. Frankly, I’m getting tired of writing these kinds of reviews… maybe I’m old fashioned, believing in customer service and all, but when I see people like these three kids demanding a raise in the mimimum wage then I’m treated like crap by them, then it convinces me that minimum wage workers are already overpaid.

I avoid calling this store or going into this store as much as possible! The employees here have the worst attitudes! The employees are so snappy about any little thing you ask them. Someone needs to teach them some manners!
