This Goodwill sucks ass… they do no returns on videos and games. This is the only store in the Antelope Valley that does that! You get all items for free! Doesn’t make sense. They have a seven day policy, but will not return my scratched up cd. The fine print says nothing about not returning DVDs.

The low rating is the prices, at least they are a little better than the other Palmdale store across for the Walmart on 10th. I occassionally find some things I like but most of the time its out of my price range. I like the people there a lot better, friendly and understanding. Really looks a lot better than it use to as well. Its just the prices are still too greedy for the amount of donation they get. That end of town, is lower class and they should be able to buy and outfit for 10 dollars are less. Just a shirt is 5.99, and shoes average 9.99 its just wrong since they get everything for FREE from the community. The GoodWill stores definitely need to start realizing they are going to lose customers and donations. So many people comment on this.

A nice Goodwill with friendly staff. I found a western-style button-down shirt and an 80’s windbreaker that wouldn’t have lasted 10 seconds in a major city Goodwill.
