Hydro Grow LED

We bought 4 of their lights 2 years ago and since then they have been nothing but a nightmare. From day one they haven’t worked properly. We had the proper electrical put in for them by a registered electrician. We have had to take them down every few weeks for two years because lights keep going out and power supplies keep breaking. We take them down and have to take them apart to find out what is wrong ourselves. Then we have to take pictures and email them with all the parts we need to fix the problems. If you knew how big and heavy these light were you would know that this is a huge pain to have to deal with every few weeks. They have sent us parts as we need but the lights just are not quality and they keep having issues. We did send them back once to have them fixed but we had to pay the shipping and its about $ 40 a light to ship and they don’t even repackage them to send them back. They put them in the old box we sent all taped up and they got damaged of course. So we have opted to try to fix things as they go out ourselves. It wasn’t just one of the lights, it has been all four. They also do not produce like they say they will… not even close. The only one thing good we can say is the electric bill is much lower compared to traditional lights. Please, please do yourself a favor and do not buy any of these led lights. They were $ 2000 ea and a huge nightmare. Even when we call for service the guy is not very nice and makes it seem like we are the pain in butt to him when all we really want are lights that work. For $ 2000 ea we would think this isn’t too much to ask… Again, save your hard earned money and skip this product !!!
