Immediately after my children were seized with a fraudulent Court Order, they were fostered 65 miles away from us, in Palmdale. We were permitted to see our kids 3 times a week for 3 hours at a time, as ordered by the judge, here at Inner Circle Adoption Agency.
On our first visit, I changed my baby girls diaper and saw CLEAR signs of sexual abuse. When my husband and I expressed our concerns to our worker, she severely downplayed our concerns and said she would have my daughter examined. When I was finally able to obtain records from said «examination» the medical paperwork was loaded with discrepancies, including different spelling of my daughter’s name on each form.
After 2 visits here, my social worker pulled me aside and asked to change /​shorten visitation outside the court order. I had no intention of seeing my kids any less than I have had to endure after they were kidnapped, and did not agree to shortened visits. She then said we were inconveniencing the foster family, even though they LIVED in Palmdale, and we were traveling 65 miles one way EACH time to see OUR children.
Excuse me? Our children were seized unlawfully, and no one is concerned about the convenience of the natural parents! Or the fact that the original social worker broke the law!
Mind you, no one has acknowledged the fraudulent order, and all steps have been taken to separate my husband and I from our children. Also, no one involved in the process, not even the foster parents, were aware that a fake order had been submitted to take the kids in the first place.
It became apparent very quickly that the foster parents were getting attached to our children when we have every intention of getting them back. Tensions rose with every visit.
The foster parents ended our visit by saying «good luck seeing your kids again», and missed our 3^rd scheduled visit with our children. When my husband and I had human reactions to our kids missing, our social worker banned us from further visits with our kids until we could get a mental exam.
What?!
