Jiffy Lube

Customer service initially was good. Very friendly and shop seemed clean. We have been to about 5 different juffy lubes and this was one of the worst. We paid for a better oil but when we looked at what they were pouring in the containers all looked the same and they said they were not sure what exactly they put in. They said well it will be fine it should be the same. We plan to get another change at another location to make sure. We get what we pay for. Another horrible issue was the man that drove the vehicle to give it to us was covered in oil and left oil all over our car. Steering wheel. Door and shift. When we told them about all the oil in the front seat they just gave us rags and said sorry. We told the man to wash up at least wear gloves and he just walked away and got into another customers car all dirty. Will NOT be back.

Very misleading in their prices.
I’m not an «alpha male» looking guy; glasses, overweight, dorky style; but I work on my car, I just don’t look like I do.
The guy serving us was quite condescending when suggesting services for me; I replied that I would do them on my own (change coolant, change filters, etc). He gave me a patronizing look and said «Oh you’re going to do it?». On top of that, he told me I had a leak somewhere, which was impossible because I fixed the leak months before.
I do all the work on my car.
I was being lazy and didn’t want to change the oil that day. Don’t talk to me like I’m stupid.
I guess I’ll have to stop being lazy and do my own oil changes from now on, that way I won’t have to deal with the alpha male meat-​head trying to make me feel stupid.

Ok tried them again and once again was given a hard time about using a Unilocal coupon. They said the owner wants it printed. All I can say is then stop offering a coupon on Unilocal if your not going to honor it. They eventually did. He said they normally don’t honor without a print out. Second his reply (Anthony) to me wanting to combine coupons is an absolute lie. I’m not an idiot and I stand by what I originally reviewed your business on. Still the same BS experience as last time and I will never ever step foot in your business again. Your prices is the same as the dealer and the person who was helping me was pushy with the $ 50 cabin air filter. When I said no, gave me this look and told me I was already getting a coupon off already. I told him I can do that myself and just change the air filter. Went to an auto store and changed it out myself for $ 17. I also noticed the person that tried to sell me the filter did not even put the side knob back on my glove box. It was not a big deal but it was sloppy work.

Great customer service! I was helped out right away, no wait time and everyone was friendly and polite!
Prices are very fair and I had an enjoyable experience.
If i am on the west side of Palmdale and need service, I will def be stoppping by here!

OK, we tried it again, and there was less pressure to buy extra services. However, this time my husband came in with a discount card which clearly states «$ 10 off any regular priced service». When my husband gave it to the man at the counter, he said that this is usually only for signature service oil changes (we got a synthetic oil change, which is actually more expensive). My husband explained what it said on the card, and he said that we had the «old» card. My husband showed him the expiration date, which is 4÷30÷16. He said that it was OK, and he would do it THIS time, as if he was doing him a favor. I doubt we’ll be back.

Brought my car here for an oil change on 3÷23÷14 Haven’t been back since and let me tell you why.
The tech suggested they change out the air filter which I agreed to. I went to go pay and after I paid they ask me, hey has your car ever had problems staying running before and I told him no, then the guy replies well now it does. I came out there to check it out and no one around tried to fix the problem. The guy that worked on my car went to go hide «go on lunch».
Luckily someone there minutes later had some decency to check what might be going on, he found out the guy just didn’t put the airbox back on correctly.
Seriously how are you going to do a bad job, cause a problem, charge me, not try to fix it and hide?

They think women are to be dismissed because obviously we are stupid. They attended to others as they came in and wanted to charge me $ 160 out the door for a synthetic oil change. I went to the Palmdale Pitstop at 38 411 10^th St East and was charged $ 84 out the door for Mobil Oil 1. How does 7 quarts of oil and an oil filter cost $ 160; oh yes it’s a total rip off of women.

No. Just no. The guy who worked here was not in his right mind. He was in the middle of getting my info for an oil change and took off in the middle of it to help someone else. The new customer even commented «don’t you need to finish helping her?» The employee seemed like he was very nervous and fidgety and just not in his right mind.
He then wanted to charge me 90 for an oil change. When he said he also has another option for 68 I told him no thanks. Had my car backed out and left. I’ve never heard of an oil change costing that much? I usually go to Robinson’s lube express and pay no more than 30, have great service (the owner there is an awesome guy) and they’re super fast. Not sure why I bothered with this place. I’ll never go back.

Came here once and was pleased. Someone helped me right away and offering me the premium service which combined with a coupon wasn’t too much more expensive than their standard service.
My car got its oil changed and fluids topped off along with a vacuum in the front seats.
All in all a good experience and would come back again.

Excellent customer service I will definitely be returning to this Jiffy Lube ! Extremely satisfied I would totally recommend this place if your vehicle needs a little TLC.
