Best Eyebrow Waxing. Van (I believe that’s her name) is so great! She saved my eyebrows to be honest. My eyebrows used to be so thin and weird looking because this other lady from a different waxing place messed up with my eyebrows. After telling Van my horror story and telling her exactly what I wanted for my brows she understood and now my eyebrows are nice and full again. I always recommend my friends to go here.

Will NEVER go back.
No wonder this place was so empty. My normal nail place didn’t have any openings so I decided to try something new. Mistake.
When I arrived they were very nice but the quality of their work was very bad. My nails were too thick and the length of the nails on my left hand didn’t match the length on the right. She cut me twice&she stopped about 5 – 6 times while doing my nails to have a conversation with another man that worked there.
I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone.

I love coming here! My nails always last more than 2 weeks and are EXACTLY what I want. They are all so friendly there and do such a great job. My only complaint is the wait. However, it’s a small shop with 3 some times 4 people working so it’s understandable.

Van is very rude. She does good work but they have no good customer service. When you pay all this money for them to be rude. Your not the only one who does this type work and attitude goes a long way! She refuse my service because I told her she rude and don’t communicate with people well. Lol

If I could give negative stars I would as one star is too god to give. Inside the facility is disgustingly dirty so whose to say the utensils may be as well. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. First of all the man Henry, did not know how to do a manicure for he destroyed my cuticles and the gel started peeling within a day. As for the pedicure, I could’ve done a better job at home. Don’t waste your time, $$$, or gas.

I love this nail salon. I have been coming here for years so the staff knows me. Van does aahhmazing eyebrows! She was the first person to ever shaped them and still is the only person after 4 years. I am moving away for school so I am sad that I have to find another salon.
Tip– It gets really busy in the afternoon and on the weekends. Especially for eyebrows you can be waiting for an hour. Call before!

Came 2 do my eyebrows cuz I was told they were the best in the AV n I’m new here …1st time she did a great job 2nd time she rushed through doing them, cut me n missed a lot of hairs… not coming back :(

I got my eyebrows and lip waxed here and she did an AMAZING job! She actually takes her time to make them perfect and asks you different questions about how you want your eyebrows and is honest with her clients. I highly recommend!
