This place sucks! They never have afternoon appointments and are not affiliated with an urgent care. They lose documents and say no problem but then call back saying there is a problem!

I don’t even feel comfortable giving this one star. My husband went to Dr. Kay Roberts to get his ear lobes repaired (they were stretched many years ago). The first time, his incision opened up within the same day the stitches were removed, he went back and got them redone, his incision opened up within a few days this time, he went back a THIRD time and this time the incision opened up again within the same day. I don’t understand how a doctor doesn’t realize the mistake they are making but instead makes the same mistake THREE times. This all happened within the course of a few months. Out patient surgery or not, it is painful and is not right for someone to have to go through it three times because of a «doctor’s» pure laziness. I would advise against going to this doctor for any sort of surgery. Thank God my husbands surgery was only cosmetic. I can only imagine how terrible things could have gotten if this was an internal or larger procedure.

I love Kay Roberts and Dr. Martinez. I would recommend them to any and everyone. I have seen Kay for 16 years now and he is the best. He always makes time to see me. I appreciate the fact that he is busy but never rushes me out of his office. The staff at Joshua Medical group is always helpful and I believe, go above and beyond to make their patients happy. They are always my first choice for medical care and I dread the day Kay retires!

Dr. Gonzalo Martinez & Kay Roberts, PA… an awesome team!
I’ve only recently been coming to see Kay Roberts, PA at Joshua Medical Group, but he has been my wife’s doctor since she was a little kid. Being a patient at their office is always a pleasurable experence.
Andy and Michelle, the nurses always greet me by first name and make time on their schedles to see me even if I don’t have an appointment. I have literally walked into a full waiting room and was seen without an appointment, I dont know of many MD’s offices that are willing to do this for their patients.
Also, Dr. Martinez personally treated my grandmother while she was sick and kept myself and our entire family up to date with everything that was going on. I would get voicemails from Dr. Martinez explaining every test and every procedure that was going on… it was truly personalized, first rate care from Dr. Martinez.
I’ve always had great experiences here and would seriously recommend this office to anyone…
