John and Rosie are awesome!
I spoken to John at the fair. I had inquired if he had any refurbished ones with attachments. My little sister used my Kirby and loved it. She asked for one as a graduation present. I mentioned it to John and he said to stop by and check out his selection.
Today I stopped by to pick up replacement belts. They have a huge selection of vacuums. It will be hard, but I will rely on Johns advice. They are even going to let me pay in two installments.
They are simply the best! I will never go anywhere else for service or parts. I highly recommend this establishment.

We walked by the booth at the fair, and a man said we could win a Kirby! My husband replied we already had one but it was broken! The man said to bring it by and be would fix it!
We are beyond thrilled with the customer service, price, and overall experience with this place. Seriously, we were so excited to get our vacuum back last night– and it was so quiet! It had been so loud and would smell like fire!
I definitely recommend this place if you own a Kirby– take it in and get a tune up! You won’t be disappointed! Great people, and definitely great service! Thanks guys– we are telling everyone!
