If you’re looking for a great workout, you should check this place out! I used to attend classes here back in HS(about 3 years ago) and I really learned a lot from the instructor. PSB Antony, the instructor, is a cool guy. He’ll definitely make you work hard and sweat hard. I believe he is a third degree black belt. He encourages his student to compete in competitions and teaches that learning martial arts is not for violence, it’s for self-defense. He just not teach the techniques, he actually explains how it could be applied in real life. Now, I really don’t know anything about martial arts, since I’m not really a martial arts enthusiast, but this place could give you what you want and more. Check it out, you won’t regret it :)

PSBN Antony Kinzell is a great guy! We love being able to get together and train with him… and, enjoy seeing him and his students at the local tournaments and So Cal Seminar every year!

I moved to Palmdale in January. I’ve been here prior and enjoyed it during the«off seasons» such as Winter and Autumn. I’m a martial arts enthusiast/student and am critical of where I continue to study. I visited this school and the Sifu/Sensei(TKD instructor) was quite congenial and very informative. He conducts his class in a very laid back«typical» american style with traditional overtones such as having the child/youth students do pushups when they get out of line. The adults, for the most part, do as they are instructed. The class was quite small; maybe because it was a Saturday, but I have a feeling that because of the area and probable lack of martial arts enthusiasts in the«West High Desert» area, the classes are small. Obviously, this might be advantageous to getting individualized instruction at a group rate/setting; However, lack of quantity also equivocates to lack of quality in this case. The style is solid, but the catch is the sales pitch by the instructor for the student to «commit» via binding contract if they wish to enroll in this school which seem s like an act of desperation for a school that needs students to pay the overhead/rent. I’ve been into martial arts for well over 20 years and this area desperately needs more variety. The websites of course, are flashy and inviting and the prices not bad, but the desperation for retaining attracting and«retaining» clientele are pathetic. Hopefully someone reading this who’s an accredited Martial Arts instructor will consider opening a reputable business in the Antelope Valley area. Nice school, cool instructor, nice school patches, shady recruitment practices.
