Ling Ling Massage

I come here often and have never had a problem with the customer service until today. The Hispanic woman who answered the phone was BEYOND RUDE! I initially called to find out if Lorraine was in so that I could schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone told me that lorraine was not in. I asked if she would be in later and her response was we don’t know. I asked if there was a scheduled time that she would be in and she said that she was not able to give me that information. I explained that I was just trying to find out what day she would be in so that I could schedule a one hour massage. The woman continued to say she couldn’t give me that information and continued to talk over me as I was trying to ask a question. I asked her if she would allow me to complete my sentence or did I need to speak with someone else who would. Her response was you can call back later when someone else is hear that you want to talk to and she hung up on me. I called back at which time someone else picked up the phone and it could be heard in the background the woman saying «oh she doesn’t want to talk to me» and then I was hung up on. I tried calling back again three additional times with no answer. On my 4^th phone call after the initial 2 a customer answers the phone and states that she is a customer and was instructed to pick up the phone because there were no English speaking staff available. I find today’s customer service to be extremely unprofessional. I plan to urge all of my friends and family members that I’ve sent to their location to go elsewhere. Ling Ling should know that because her business provides a service to the public that it’s important that she only staff her facility with people that have the skill set and professionalism to deal with the public appropriately.

This is a great place to treat yourself to once or twice! a week. The prices are modest and it’s local. The owners are pleasant and skilled at getting out those knots. I go for the foot massage often… add the salt scrub to top off a hard work week.

This little gem is hidden away but most definitely worth visiting. The owners are very attentive and while there are only curtains separating each massage area; they ARE in the process of building private rooms. The massage itself was so good, I woke myself up snoring AND requested an additional 30 minutes. Can’t beat their pricing either. This is my new go-​to near home.

The price and the massages can’t be beat. If you have some deep knots or problem areas they can help. get them out. Very friendly staff and peaceful inside. No its not a fancy spa, but it is clean and calm. They are able to relieve issues that physical therapy wasn’t able to. I DEFINITELY recommend.
