I attended a fundraiser for Friendship Bridge in October 2015. It was an event with about 110 attendees. Max Catering provided the dinner. It was excellent. The menu was Mexican/South-of-the-Border dishes. The beans and rice were very tasty and flavored just right. The chicken was wonderful according to my table mates.(I don’t eat chicken). The fruit salad was very good. The fruit flavors blended perfectly and I went back for seconds. We were served buffet style in order to feed everyone in a short time. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, and downright friendly and efficient. I can highly recommend Max Catering for an event. I know the Friendship Bridge Day of the Dead annual charity event will be using them next year as well. As they have in the past because they provide great food and are excellent at what they do.
