McDonald’s

Every time I come here they don’t have what I want and they don’t the app! Today they said they don’t have any fries and no mcchickens like wtf really it’s McDonald’s and no fries???

Today we bought pancakes and sausage 2 orders… the cakes were dry… clearly they had been sitting there for too long. Usually the food there is fresh like you would expect… not today, no excuse for this… the service was fine, the food was NOT. We were very disapointed

Where do I start… At the drive thru, only drinks to choose from are Dr Pepper, Coke &Diet Coke, no juices for my kids happy meals and no Shopkins toys (that’s what we went for), at the pickup window they had no sauces except ketchup, handed me a bag of food with fries upside down in the bag. Showed the manager, she did nothing, got home (less than 3 min drive) ALL fries were stale and cold and the Dr Pepper tasted like a dirty moldy rag 1star only cuz I can’t give .5 star

I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been living in Palmdale the majority of my life so I can’t even count how many times I’ve been to this particular Mcdonald’s. They usually have ok service. It’s pretty slow but I give them the benefit of the doubt because it’s always crowded.
So today I went in with my sis and bro. We were going to go through the drive-​thru but the line was 10 cars deep so we went inside just to walk into a line of 7 people. We got there at 11:50am. I ordered a mcmuffin combo at 12:03pm. Slow service just to order. I sat down and waited for my food. There was a mentally challenged man inside walking around, pointing, sweating profusely, and mumbling. The staff knew who he was so they were interacting with him. We were talking about how the employees were nice to him because most establishments would have kicked him out. I appreciated that. However we spoke too soon.
I started to notice how the restaurant started to get less crowded. So I asked one of the workers if they called my number and she said no they’re still waiting for the egg. How long does it take to cook an egg??? She called our numbers at 12:21pm. Why did it take us almost 20 minutes to receive our food from a «fast» food restaurant? I told the manager I didn’t want it anymore so she gets frustrated and starts pushing the buttons aggressively on the cash register and getting our money out with an attitude but she never said anything to us. I was thinking maybe it’s because they’re still getting used to cooking breakfast all day but my brother ordered a large fry and it took him 20 minutes to get a large fry!!! What the!!! She gave him an apple pie to make up for their poor service. Really a $ 1 item? Ok…
As we’re leaving the police pulls up and we watch them pull the mentally challenged man out the restaurant. It was sad. He was scared. I feel like the employees should have asked him to leave instead of acting like his friends.
So because of my experience today, the ice cream machine is always broken, and very slow service they get 1 star and I’ll give my money to a different branch before the 25^th & S store again!

Talk about fly’s everywhere inside the store. Services are great, but just having flies fly all over you when you just ordering food Its not Good

I’m so DONE with this McDonald’s with it’s barely lukewarm food, sloppy sandwiches and poor customer service. The food was so bad no one wanted to eat it. I’m so irritated right now and feel like I just wasted $ 25 and plus I have to cook. The McDonald’s in Walmart is way better. I NEVER had a problem with Walmart McDonald’s. The only problem is, there is NO drive thru in Walmart.
The problem with Franchising is that one poor restaurant could possibly affect sales in all restaurants. I’m pretty much done with the franchise McDonald’s for a while but I’m sure my $ 25 will not hurt their sales… Today was the icing on the cake for me tho. I can’t believe I have to cook dinner after buying all this food. Save yourself the headache and just get out of your car, walk into Walmart and go to McDonalds if thats what you desire.
This is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The convenience of the drive thru is NOT enough for me to go back… Im so upset Im literately crying… The only place I know where you can order a large Fries and receive a box of Fries half full… WTF???

The worst McDonalds in Palmdale. Poor service and the orders are always wrong. The location made it desirable but now when I want a Big Macc I drive over to the McD’s by the mall.

I hate this place!!! worse mcdonalds ever!!! do not go there!!! i don’t know how this place is still in business. they are always out of something & 90% of the time your order is wrong or you’re missing something!!! employees are rude as hell. no manners are taught in this place. poor management!!!

Worst McDonalds ever!!! Same to get a egg mc muffin breakfast meal and they forgot the hash browns and then forgot the coffee. Another time I came for a vanilla shake in the drive thru and they were out of ice cream. I was stuck in line for 15 min for nothing. And this was just two times. Always something with this place. DONT GO HERE EVER!!!

I love mcdds french fries!!! I always get them large cuz I’m a fatty lol anyways tonight I got to the house and I reach for my fries and they weren’t fucking large wtf man I wasn’t going to go back first of all I was hungry and the walking dead was about to start.. after I finished eating I went on mcdvoice and I wrote what had happen. next time I should reach and look to see if I have them large for what u paid for.. Anyways other then that the rest was good.. Check your food before you leave the drive thru.. :)

The only reason this place is not getting a 0 is because it wont let me. Always having to wait more than 20 minutes in the drive thru and even worse inside. The staff is so rude with poor self hygiene, condescending, and the orders are not right, the coffee is cold when its supposed to be hot. Just the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! Went through the drive thru today and accidentally forgot my wallet I was 3CENTS short and this rude employee would not take it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This place should be shut down!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Bad service and the food tastes funky. Bad smell inside, and the food prep tables looked dirty. I used the restroom and there was some homeless guy in there sleeping. Worst fast food experience ever. This place is just like the av, bad all the way around. And the mcflurry machine was broken. The owner needs a lesson on how to run a restaurant. I would be embarrassed, even for av standards. Go to the McDonald’s in Lancaster instead.

Stopped by here for the first time ever on Saturday afternoon and drive thru was surprisingly empty. The order taker promptly took my order and was friendly throughout. Then drove on to the 2^nd window and got my order in less than 2 mins. The McNuggets were delicious.
The only negative was that they charged me $ 5 for the McNuggets when they advertise it as $ 4.99.

I hate this place and the one on 47^th and ave S because they are both owned by the same woman if im not mistaken. These are the only two Mc Donalds drive thru windows that DONT NOT TAKE MORE THAN ONE ORDER PRE CAR. So if you have more than one person in your car; EVERYBODY has too order one big order so make sure you have cash or your gonna have too keep drivin threw their bitch ass «Drive Thru Window»!!!

PLEASE closed this horrible mcd’s Open something else anyhthing else… MAYBE a place where i can order whatever type of food i want at anything i want…
Or even a place that get the job done CORRECTLY everytime… No half assing it like this mcd’s

I stopped by today for lunch, I wanted to try the new CBO (Cheddar, Bacon, Onion) Burger. This McDonald’s is located on the North-​West corner of 25^th Street East and East Avenue S. There is a large parking lot so parking wont be a problem.
Unlike the other reviewers my experience here was fine. I arrived at 11:00 am and there was no line so my order was taken right away and the food was delivered quickly. The CBO was pretty good!
All the tables looked clean and I didn’t see any trash on the floor. I saw one employee going through the dining area cleaning and straightening things up. I found no problems at this location.

I’m not surprised to see the low rating for this joint.
This place truly does have the shitty service that is written about here. This place is so close to where i live so its been a last resort several times with consistently bad service. I truly suspect that they purposefully mess up your order in the hope that you wouldn’t notice so they can pocket the extra cash.
I hope I take my own advice and stop coming here.

Either the intercom was broken or I was being ignored, so I pulled up to the window, and was ignored again for a long time while they prepared someone else’s meal. So I went to Taco Bell instead.
