Palmdale 420 Doctor

This is our 2^nd time coming here, 1^st time for renewal. The process is quick and easy, and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this facility, especially if looking for discreet and rapid doctor referral. Thanks for the help!

Great experience. Since I was a renewal I didn’t even have to see the doc, just fill out some paper work and bam, done. The price is $ 30 cheaper than the other doc in town as well. Will be going back.

Nasty, disgusting place. Went there a year ago and it was great, then my husband had a stroke and is Paraylzed on his right side. I ask the price and was quoted $ 75 for certificate and $ 25 for ID Card. I had to wait in the car with our dog who is Paraylzed too. My husband had to go in alone. It is hard for him to write and no one offered to help him fill out the paperwork. My husband started to fill out the paperwork on the counter, but they ask him to fill out the paperwork away from the counter. He had no clipboard, so he had to pull a chair over to fill out the papers. When the «doctor» spoke to him it was for less than a minute. They charged him $ 100 dollars and no ID Card. I was so angry, but it took so long that my husband was in horrible pain, so we just left and I called back. My husband was the second person I recommended to this place. I called right away and a gentleman told me to come back and they would give him a ID Card. I went in the place and it smelled like B.O. dirty feet, and crap. No kidding. My card expired in September, so I emailed them the price of a Renewal Card. Never heard back from them in August. I tried calling and someone picked up and I heard people, but they hung up. I called back and got a machine and they were open. My husband found HelloMD online and they are professional, kind, helpful and they call you back in 6 months to check on you. What a difference. 420 Doctor is just a ripoff. The HelloMD charges only $ 49 for everything and you do it in the comfort of your own home. Plus, 420 Doctor is in the worst neighborhood. I feel bad, because I recommended 420 Doctors to our neighbor. How embarrassing. Oh, I also forgot that we were having a summer rain storm and when I went to get my Husband’s ID Card I almost slipped and fell, because they had nothing on the wet floor to stop you from slipping. Talk about a BAD TRIP!!!
