Called to see about services that I needed and got recording saying store can’t take your call right now. I went to Office Depot who answered my call and wants my business. You should do the same!

Went to the location in Palmdale I was having a concern with my notebook connecting with my phone. The computer department there is screwed up ! I explained my concern and the store manager said that will cost you $ 40.00 to look into. I had this problem once before and it was corrected without delay elsewhere. I told him forget it and that was bull. I took this concern to someone who had it back up and running in about 3 minutes. Let me say when I don’t feel right about something it usually turns out that something is wrong! By the way the shop that corrected the concern said that they just wanted to help me at NOCHARGE. Imagine that JUSTHELPINGSOMEONE. I said thank you then paid the person $ 20.00 for their help. Greed will destroy these greedy companies like Staples you’ll see.

Rubbish!, horrible service, overpriced and the picture of the kid at the service register completely ignored me. I will never go back! And the damn bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper!

Over price and they never have what I need .I went in to look at a laptop and the cheapest price I found was way over four hundred dollars. It’s better to shop around for laptops and stay far away from this store

I came, I conquered, I left. It’s an office supplies store with all the goodies possible what else can you expect? :D Prices tend to be a bit better than Office Depot but not by much. They usually stock the store very well and always clean. Ol’ Reliable for me.

I was personally screamed at today for trying to use a couple of coupons on Sharpies, a manufacturer coupon supplied by the Sharpie company. I was lied to about their acdeptance of coupons. First they said it was Sharpie that said I couldnt use them, then it was staples Corporate. Then I was told I could, but only 1/transaction, but I could do 10 transactions. Then I was told no, only 1 coupon per transaction per day per customer.(None of that was on the coupon either.) PB, the assistant manager was anything But kind. He was rude, insensitive, and belligerent to me in front of customers. I called corporate about the situation after he kept telling me they would back him up. Here’s a fun fact: they will not back up a manager that is acting unprofessionally. They’re sending me an apology gift card which I informed them would only be used online or if I happen to be in another store, because I will never set foot in that store again. Point set match. Don’t try to pull a fast one PB. I got my Sharpies at the price I was supposed to get them for; and used all of my coupons. Never going back
