I have been to sunflorist a few times now and have always had a really good experience! When I walk in the door I’m greeted by a man who is extremely helpful and welcoming (Michael). He’s helped me every time I’ve gone in and is always the reason I remember to go back there. He helped me customize an arrangement and never made me feel rushed or bad for wanting some of the small details changed! In addition to the AMAZING customer service they have a very large selection of fresh flowers that actually last!

All I gotta say is this is the Florist you wanna go too period. I’ve ordered Flowers numerous times and they never Disappoint. Travis is the guy to talk too. He comes through for me every time I need Flowers. Like I said the best Florist and trust me they won’t Disappoint.

Best Florist Shop In The AV!!!
I placed an order to be delivered for my mom’s birthday with Travis over the phone. I called in at 7:00 AM and it was delivered before 10:00 AM. GREAT service and AWESOME Customer service from Travis!
The bouquet was gorgeous and huge, almost as tall as my mom. My mom loved them, so did I! Travis, was very nice and explained well the prices and sizes: short steam/​long steam roses.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! I’m based in LA and was looking for a place that delivered in Palmdale after having the worst experience with 1800Flowers, I found this place using a quick googlemap search, decided to call based on reviews… BEST choice I ever made! I spoke with Mike/​Michael who was very informative, honest, and super nice! Mike listened and worked with me to get me the best price and arrangement possible. Not only was the arrangement delivered the very next day, he sent me pictures and text me when the flowers were delivered!!! I will definitely be using SunFlorist again in the Future! If I could give 10 stars I would. DO NOT DEAL WITH 1800FLOWERS OR FLOWERSFROMYOU, go local!

Never thought I’d write a review on a flower shop but this one was different. I was greeted immediately by Joey as soon as I walked in, he showed me the variety of flowers they had. Very nice selection, I chose these beautiful roses for my wife. Great prices and service, most definitely coming back!

Sooooo annoyed. I placed an order on the website on Thursday for a Saturday morning pick up. I submitted an order and got an email confirmation. When my boyfriend went to pick up the flowers on Saturday morning, it was not ready, and the employee said they forgot to print out the ticket to fulfill the order. Then, they had the nerve to tell my boyfriend that they usually check photo ID to release an order. If they had read the special instructions that I stated when I put in the order, they could’ve seen that I specifically noted my boyfriend’s name for pick-​up and the pick-​up time I had requested. I would think that two days is enough notice for a pick-​up order.
Very disappointed in their service and how it was handled.

I had a nice experience here this morning. Came in and didn’t like any of the crazy expensive bouquets they had set out so I created my own with some gorgeous gerber daisies and some filler flowers.
Very happy with how they turned out and my mom loved them! Great service too. I didn’t catch the guy’s name who assisted me but he was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Travis was my savior on a very important day, my Moms birthday. I had been very disappointed with an online flower ordering company. They substituted a lot of the arrangement that I originally ordered making it a completely different one and had the nerve to deliver it. I was very upset and called the company to resolve the issue. They resolved it only to have another florist do the same thing. At this point I was done and over it and requested a refund. It was later in the day and I had lost trust in so many florist in the area. My last attempt, I called sunflorist and spoke with Travis. I explained this hectic day and he put me at ease immediately. Oh man, I could breath now! He arranged a beautiful arrangement and put his professional touch to it. And to top it off, he gave me a great deal. Travis. You are thee best! I will definitely recommend this florist to anyone. Especially who have just a few hrs to get something done.

REVISED and UPDATED! I decided to call and I spoke to Travis about all of my half dead flowers (48 hours after purchase). My husband bought and spent a great deal on Vday for a huge arrangement. They were dying with in 24 hours :(
Travis was quick to apologize and offered to replace the bouquet with fresh flowers and water. He even let me come the next day. So as I type this he is rebuilding my whole entire bouquet! How awesome! THANK YOU TRAVIS! You rock!!!

Nicest flowers and plants in the AV. Super happy with their work and the quality of the plants. Used them for happy and sad occasions because what they did for a relative’s funeral was lovely. I’ll be looking for some plants soon and this is where I’ll go.
