Supercuts

My first time at a super cuts and it definitely won’t be my last. Everyone was really nice from the time I came in to when I left. My stylist Rebecca was really kind I recommend her. I came in just wanting a simple haircut but she convinced me to do the deep conditioning and I don’t regret it one bit. I’m so glad I came in today and I love the way my hair looks!

Went to get a simple style of bangs, waited 20 minutes just to sit down in the chair for 10 minutes and walk out with an uneven cut. Lady was very rude, she seemed annoyed with the suggestions I wanted and said «it would look ugly», did not try her best what so ever first and last visit.

Came here to get a cut, brought a picture in of what I wanted. It’s the same picture I take to any salon, and I always get a great cut anywhere else. Sat down with Maritza, who promply told me that rather than just bringing in one photo, I should get multiple photos with different angles. I’ve never been told this, but it makes sense. She then told me that I really need to communicate or I’m not going to get the right cut. I think bringing a photo of what I want is a form of communicating. As she started my hair, she said, «You have more hair on one side than the other, did you know that? I don’t know how I’m going to do layers, but I’ll make it work.» No one has ever told me this before. She made it sound like this was going to be really hard. When she finished she was like «It’s even, look, it’s even.» Even looking in a mirror, I could tell something was off, but I couldn’t tell exactly what. She then spent 10 minutes styling the front of my hair rather than all of it, and told me «This is the right way to wear this cut, do it this way.» It wasn’t styled anything like in the photo, she pulled nearly all of my hair from one side and put it on the other, and slathered it with product, it looked like a helmet.
I go home, fix her parting job, straighten my hair, and find my problem. One side is nearly and inch longer than the other, I actually took shears to my own hair in an attempt to even it out. The more I look, the more problems I find. The back is NOT even. I have to go somewhere this week to get it fixed, none of the layers match each other, it’s the worst cut I’ve ever had.

Any time I’ve gone to Supercuts had been because my hair was short or because it would be after that visit, as I was there to have done last night.
Rachel cut my hair. She is cute, professional, and politely tolerant of someone gabby like I was last night (sorry Rachel). I walked in with long, wiry, frizzy, salt and pepper hair and walked out with a fairly conservative, good looking head of hair.
After I returned home, I got caught up in something and had forgotten that my long hair was no longer, but much shorter instead since it felt so good and natural on my head.

I keep coming back to this one because Rachael. She supper nice. And does a great job. She knows what she’s doing.

I rarely ever cut my hair, but when I do I choose an inexpensive place. I walked into this Super Cuts expecting a quick in and out cut. What I got was far greater, excellent friendly informative service. Linda did a great job greeting me and telling me about the services that they offer. The conditioning treatment that she recommended was a dream! I never would have thought that a treatment so inexpensive would work so great. Donna cut my little ones hair, very sweet and gentle. My 3 year old loves her hair cut, she makes it known every time someone walks into the room. Nora did an awesome job cutting my dry ends while still keeping my length. She gave me a boatload of information to help me tame my crazy hair, which I am grateful for. All the while Linda was practically babysitting for me entertaining my daughter with balloons and toys. What a wonderful experience! I will definitely be cutting my hair more often.

Run, don’t walk to another salon. Worst haircut ever! Not a single hair on my head is longer than one inch from root to tip. And I’m an older female. The person cutting my hair suggested that she would leave it longer so that she could make adjustments later. Then she proceeded to chop it all off. Can’t glue it back on now. And I’m going on vacation in two months. Not enough time to grow out before my trip. This has been a horrendous experience. And it won’t be over for several months!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Rachel was my hairstylist and she was fantastic. Was afraid (w my red hair) that if I asked someone new to replicate the color, it would come out terrifying and wrong. No Need to Worry! She cast the color correctly and followed exact instructions on the cut. (I completely disagree with the bad review below.) Everyone was warm and friendly from the moment I walked in until I got into my car… smiling. Great experience.

Trust me when I say this is the ONLY place I will let cut my hair! If you have very thick curly hair, ask to see Rachel (Rachael?). She fixed the problem that a «high end» salon had done to my hair.
what I love most about this salon is their stylist actually LISTEN to you when they ask what you would like done to your hair.

Just went in there for a haircut and a stylist named Rachel just messed up the back of my head. She cut too far on one side. Rather than tell me she just tried to hide it by not showing me or offering the mirror to look at the back of my head at the end of the haircut. She should focus more on the task at hand and cutting hair properly rather than conversing with her customers and boring them with uninteresting facts about her personal life and other crap. If I do go back you better believe I’ll go back with another stylist and not Rachel. Wish I could the tip I left back but that’s not going to fix my haircut. STAY AWAY FROM RACHEL! SHE CANT CUT HAIR FOR S#!T!

This is an excellent place specially if you enjoy good customer service.
I feel confident in all the stylist there to take care of anyone I have taken to the shop.

This is my new regular stop for a trim. I used to be a regular at Cost Cutters on Valley Central Way in Lancaster, but got tired of them screwing it up.
Anyways, the staff here has been very friendly, and more into their profession than others I have gone to. I have not experienced any notable wait times here. Prices seem to be about average for a men’s haircut.

I came here not expecting the best but ready for a shorter ‘do. As soon as I walked through the door, I was welcomed and sat in a chair. Mirtza gave me the cut I asked for and gave me styling tips and alternate looks with my hair cut. It was great and really inexpensive. I paid $ 15.50 PLUS a 20% tip and walked out under $ 20 for a cut the hubbers loves.
