A lot of gyms come with a lot of drama or shady business. Not here. I’m happy that I can come here with my family and not have to deal with any of that noise. No contacts, no sales gimmicks, no pressure. My kids have grown stronger and more confident in themselves thanks to The Lab. Very straight forward, very technical classes, very good atmosphere.

Chino Hills, CA
This place is what I imagine being part of a Hispanic family is like. They fight, make jokes, laugh, help each other… the whole thing. It’s crazy being a non Hispanic, but it all works out. Come in and watch, or join a class, I’m more certain than not you will have a good time. Everyone here is friendly and easy going, the coaches, higher ranking students, all the way to the beginners. Try this place out, it might surprise you how down to earth and genuine some martial arts practitioners really are…
