Tilly’s

Went here a few months back still can’t forget about the manager and how she carried her attitude towards me short lady with curly hair I got overcharged on something I was in a rush to get home to get ready to go to work so I just wanted transaction to be voided me personally I work in customer service and the way she handle the situation astonished me and honestly yeah it pissed a living hell for me because I knew her intentions and what and why she was doing it me my husband and my daughter was an inconvenience to her she put her hand as almost if I needed to wait because she wasn’t done with the customer which I never gave her that indication that I needed her to get this done now very disrespectful and out of line very unprofessional and adult-​like I know too many people and too many Tilly’s to stop by this one rather drive the extra few miles I’ll be letting my friends know as well they don’t like to deal with disrespectful customer service especially when their children are involved great example PS what happened and what I said
Me: I think I’ve been overcharged on something because I’m looking at the check and it indicates that two things of the same item have been rang up, (as almost hits I didn’t know how to read receipts) Employee: I think you’re getting it confused this is for a sale Me: I’m pretty sure this is 2 transactions if you don’t mind can I please talk to a manager to get this issue resolved? Manger: I’m the manager what do you need. Me: It looks like there is a possible overcharge or two separate transactions. Manger: that’s the actual price of the item. Me: I thought it was on sale it’s mark down on the tag still indicates with a special color that it’s on sale and it’s all over your billboards Manager: yeah we can’t fix that think you got it mixed up yeah… I’m sorry ha.
Really WTH so much for your «sale» expecially when it clearly indicates in colors that it is that specific item I believe it was yellow or pink sticker on the tag can’t remember but really I usually avoid the AV mall only AV finest too but I’ll definitely never will be returning here as well as my family members or and will make it clear how they do business how they manage

Tilly’s is another place I like to shop, but it’s more on the expensive side of what I like to pay for cute clothes. The employees are super helpful and fun to talk to. Its usually neat and there are lots of dressing rooms. I really like the music they play, but thats just my style. Though they always tell me about sales when I go in, it doesn’t help out the prices much. Its really easy to spend over 50 bucks on just a few items.
