CLOSED! Phone number disconnected, sign out front taken down, CLOSED sign up on a Saturday night. I’d say they’re out of business. I had given this place 5 stars before… sad.

When I first visited this restaurant, about a year ago, the pizza was very average. Nothing special, and nothing to make me come back. About 6 months ago I decided to go back. I don’t know why, but I just did. We all do this, hope that a place we didn’t like gets better. You say to yourself that you’re never going back, but you do anyways out of curiosity. I am so glad I did. I’ve tried allot of pizza here in Palmdale, and almost all of it sucks. I can safely say that Tio’s is the best in Palmdale. The slices are huge. I always get the pepperoni with extra cheese, it’s the best. Tio’s really restored my faith in giving not so great restaurants a second chance. The only thing holding me back from giving it five stars, is the same issue most pizza places have, their wings suck. I don’t know why most pizza places can’t get buffalo wings right. But who cares, the pizza is why you are coming here, and Tio’s does not disappoint. 4.5−5.0

This pizza is really gross and super salty. I ordered from here thinking it was gonna be some of the best pizza I’ve had, being that the owner is like a chef from Beverly hills or whatever but if that’s the kind of pizza rich people eat then there is obviously something wrong there. I wouldn’t of even given them one star if I didn’t have too. Save your money people and spend it at little Cesar if you want to pay 5 bucks cause its waaay better!

Yay for great mom and pop places! Tried a few of the pizzas by now. I love that the crust is thin and it’s not greasy at all. Food is delicious, doesn’t matter which toppings you want. They have a great deal of $ 5 pizzas with one topping. Can’t go wrong! The owner has been working at a Beverly Hills restaurant for many years and his experience shows! Plenty of parking in the plaza.

I’ve been coming here since the place opened. I gotta say its the best pizza anywhere in the A.V. Prices are very reasonable for the great pizza these guys make. Always a friendly face behind the counter when I walk in. The best part is, the pizza is never drowning in grease, vegetables aren’t over baked & leftovers make for a great start to the day the following morning! I really don’t see why ANYONE would give their money to corporate pizza places when having such a great establishment near by.

I love their new york style pizza with their salad and special dressing! I always stop by when I’m in Palmdale i love pizza I don’t eat it often because it always leaves a heavy effect. But Tio’s pizza eggplant is so tasty and my favorite pepperoni and mushrooms. Great Prices!

I will never go here again. Cheap pizza cheap price not even the best in this category. When we went they had no menus and the menu on the wall was covered up. We should have left then but ordered a pizza from the nice teenager. When we sat down we realized we were the only people eating in the restaurant. There were other people hanging out and a teenage girl watching Sex In the City and eating el pollo loco. It was 90 degrees outside and I had to ask for the AC to be turned on. No spatula for the pizza, men’s restroom out of order, restaurant lights never turned on, and no child seats. Before we left a group of teenagers showed up and started hanging out with the two teenage employees. The only good was the pizza was priced right, cheap. If your looking for a lot of cheap pizza to feed to kids give it a try. I cannot under any circumstances recommend eating there, just do takeout.

received a flier on my door for Tio’s yesterday and so we thought we’d give them their day in court, I have to say I’m glad we did. We got there just as they were opening, and we were quickly greeted and informed about the daily specials. We opted for their largest pizza which featured an NY style crust. They allowed for the pizza to be partially topped so one quarter of it was hawaiian style, the rest was black olive, pepperoni, and italian sausage. We also ordered a side of meatballs and they gave us some garlic bread since we were first time customers. Our garlic bread came out quickly. It was warm, garlicy, and buttery, and it melted in your mouth. They used both fresh garlic and oregano to season the butter, a nice touch. The sideof meatballs shortly followed. I could tell that these were pre-packaged instead of made in-house, but they were decent nonetheless. Then the pizza arrived. It was a wonderful example of a NY style pizza: big slices that are easier to eat if folded in half, a wonderful crispy crust and just the right amount of tomato sauce, cheese and toppings. The toppings themselves were of very high quality. One of the things I saw after I had ordered was artichoke hearts, otherise I would’ve included them on our pizza. The pizza itself wasn’t verygreasy at all. In fact there probanly wouldn’t have been any grease had we not chosen pepperoni as on of our toppings. I was told that the two smaller sized pizzas are a thicker hand-tossed crust so perhaps I’ll try one of those the next time we get foor from Tio’s

I’ve come here with the family a few times and I loved it. The service is great and everyone is really friendly. My favorite part, obviously it’s the pizza. It is not oily on the surface. The crunch it’s simply perfect. Neither too hard nor too soft. The chef has a great variety of toppings and the quality of these are exceptional. I would come anytime anyday to have this great pizza once again! Perfect for the family!!!
