My family got our Havanese Bailey there. I was hesitant to get a puppy from a store and wanted a shelter rescue because I was afraid of what people would say or think. The staff took over 2 hours to explain the breed’s needs and do’s and don’ts as my family was new to a dog. I did a ton of research on the breed and we are glad we got him there. They were honest about the pros and cons on Terriers and other small breeds. Bailey had a Terrier friend in his pen that he was roaming around in. He came with shots, papers from the breeder AND they were honest enough to explain he has a bad patella-(knee cap) and that breed is prone to dental problems so he needs a toothbrush often. This was in writing from the vet he was checked out with. They also use legit local vets. The owner even called a few time over the next month to check on Bailey! Very glad we got him and he is spoiled everyday!

Look folks… don’t buy a puppy from a puppy store. 100% chance it’s from a puppy mill or backyard breeder who is breeding substandard dogs. Find a reputable breeder if looking for a specific breed and also check out the numerous local adoption centers in the Western Mass area. is a good place to start your search.
