was the service provided? yes. was it a nice experience? no.
for the $ 55 i got charged to do this, the least i could get is a verbal reacharound consisting of a «good morning» and a welcoming attitude from the grumpycat sitting at the desk.
if you hate your job, quit.

I really wish I would be able to give this place more than three stars. This is my second time coming here for school related purposes. The guy taking care of you barely makes any eye contact, no smile anything. He has very poor customer service and looks miserable working here. My first time around was much quicker than this time. This time I had an appt at 10 and was not seen until 25 mins later. The place looks sketchy and it does smell weird. At least there’s a TV to keep you entertained besides your own cell phone. I only come here because it’s the closest one to my house. Take your own hand sanitizer!

First the guy was late 15 min. Then to find out there website lies they say they take credit cards and they don’t, cash only. The guy makes slick comments every chance he can. He wouldn’t save my place in line when I went to go get the cash right across the street. He’s appearance is really unprofessional and dirty looking. I didn’t want to let him touch my hands to do the fingerprinting. I wouldn’t use their service ever again.

This place get 3 stars solely bc of the ease and quickness of getting this service done. $ 20 will get u fingerprinted if you don’t have your own fingerprint card. The office is pretty dingy and smells along with the young man working there. I felt my hands would have been cleaner if I had rubbed them over a entire public restroom. The person performing this service should definitely have a cleaner appearance, I was grossed out.
