OWNER/​RENTER BEWARE!
We have owned a condo that is being managed by The Foster Company.
We have had only extremely bad experiences year after year when dealing with them on all issues such as rats, insects, foliage, maintenance and assistance. We have always tried to take a cooperative approach when trying to resolve issues with The Foster Company but they always react by pointing the finger at us, shown negligence, displayed mismanagement and worse shown incompetence.
All Owners/​Renters please be careful when buying into or renting into any community that is managed or associated with The Foster Company here in Miami.
And any Association looking to hire a Property Management Company please be informed that you will only experience problems with their services, help for people, bad reputation and in growth for your community.
I have been a real estate professional since 2006 and have never experienced this low level of service and quality for helping people before and that’s what property management is really all about.

this is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They have not taken care of the trees leaning up against the roof, soffits are broken where rodents can enter in the attic, the landscaping is repaired with mismatched shrubs, and the staff has been less than helpful. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
