Pizza Pros

It is sad that their service is so bad because I really do enjoy their pizza. I stopped in yesterday after ordering a large pizza off of their menu coupon (10.99 lg 3 topping). When entering the restaurant, the owner and cashier were in a juvenile conversation about nothing and made me stand there looking foolish until noticed. I paid for the pizza with my credit card and was told there would be an additional 50 cent charge for using credit??? I am pretty sure if their credit machine administrator got word that they are pushing business towards cash and applying their merchant fee into the customer there would be big problems! The owners inside just look shady. Foreign owners trying to cheat customers in order to pocket an extra penny. Poor business plan! And again their pizza and Cheesesteaks are really good. Food alone will not keep a business alive. OWNERS PLEASE WAKE UP.

Called to place an order at 12 noon when they opened. I was told computers were down and they would call me for my total and to take my card number. I get a call back at 12:25 pm. Lady informed me of my total which was 18. Something for a Large pepperoni and jalepeño pizza. The base is 9.75 + 1.50 per topping (which is fine) that bring me to 12.75. I asked why my pizza is so expensive and was informed of an extra delivery fee since I was farther then 6 miles away. Thats not cool to charge more to deliver a pizza thats farther then 6 miles away. Im 8 miles away, not that big of a difference. Next She tells me its going to be 45 – 60 more mins for my food to arrive after I ordered at 12 noon. Thats brings me to 1:30pm. I find that ridiculous to wait 1.5 hours for my food and being charged so much for it. I call to cancel and no «Im sorry» no explanation no nothing. Just an «ok have a great day». WOW! Really??? Nice customer service. This was my first time ordering and my last time. Bad customer service and I’m not waiting that long for a pizza under the principle. Also would be nice to have a «Contact us» link in the site so I could place my complaint directly

I would give less than one star but that is not possible. Unprofessional unorganized. Told him 30 minutes to 45 minutes for delivery. Called at the one hour mark told 15 minutes for delivery, 30 minutes later nobody is here. I do not recommend delivery with this company
