Wendy’s is Wendy’s right? Right… but the experience of a pleasant fast good outing varies depending on where you go. Unfortunately, at the moment, this Wendy’s slacks customer service and consideration. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed(I know they’re underpaid) but still gives no reason for total lack of service. Worst wait for your food and not very welcoming service. They make you feel like YOU’RE the problem if you ask for napkins and a straw because they forgot them. The wait in the drive thru is just as long as inside. You will wait 15– 20 minutes in the drive thru for anything. . Tip to employees here: make your customers experience nice so they become RETURN customers. Everyone loves Wendy’s… but they’re everywhere. Make them want to return to your location.

Barbie made me want to punt a Yorkie poo. She was the rudest employee I have ever met. My friend Scott was nearly brought to tears after he received a wrong frosty and was scolded by her. Women’s bathroom also didn’t work. But food was pretty decent. Will go afain

Thw service was absolutely great. The manager tiffany is so sweet and friendly. She worked really great under pressure, they were so busy, over 30 people in line. Tbe only reason I give it a 4 star is because the friea were stale as can be
