Lyons, NY
Went here expecting a great sub after hearing so much about it, was extremely disappointed. Yes the whole subs are huge! They are made on a full loaf of Italian bread. Service is slow, price is high, they slap half a jar of mayo on your sub even when you tell them not too (making it slimy and gross), if you order more than one expect to wait 20 – 30 minutes. Bacon is an extra $.25 per slice! My daughter had to search to find the tomato (think where’s Waldo!) over all a terrible experience.

The produce is poor. The meat is good. The bakery items are very good.
The Deli is very poor. Mostly kids, they don’t seem to like to exert themselves beyond the scooping of crap from their bins. They have a good selection of meats, but expect flak if they must be bothered to open a new package, or accommodate customers within 30 minutes before the posted closing time.

The prices are ridiculously high and they really don’t have a wide selection of products/​produce. I come here only if i desperately need something, like milk or bread. However, the subs are giant and really really good.
