I contacted Rodney a few days prior to looking at 2007 Honda Accords, which they had three of them. He assured me the cars were in good shape with the usual dings and dents for that year vehicle but no issues to mention.
When I arrived to look at the vehicles, which I drove an hour to do, the two of the three vehicles I was interested in wouldn’t start because the batteries were dead. No big deal, they may have been sitting awhile. One of the vehicles was making a rattle from inside the engine when we jumped it. Strike one. This one had a pretty rough interior and was not in good shape on the exterior-​strike two. The third car was decent cosmetically. I test drove it maybe 7 miles, the check engine light came on while driving it. The a/​c blew hot air and the pulley for the drive belt started making a weird noise as if it was seized. The CD player also read error and would not function. When I ask them to compensate on the price to allow for these unmentioned flaws the car had, we couldn’t come to an agreement. Which is not what got these guys a poor review and rating up to. Rodney made the comment, «we will have to rebuild it and sell it.» Beware buyers!
My main reason I rate this company so poor is because they either did’t check the cars over or the are dishonest about the cars and represent them dishonestly online or when you call and ask them about it. I asked to speak their manager and Rodney got in my face and threatened me to get out of his face and leave. I asked again to speak with his manager and he said is not here. Rodney had spoken with someone regarding the bargaining twice already in the process, the manager was there. This company does not have integrity and I caught them in the act, this is why Rodney became so aggressive! Beware buyers and check the cars over very carefully!

Outstanding promptness, good selection, candid employees; my fav. for the all too frequent tire problems. Hope they get into alignments soon.
