Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunkin donuts is clean. Everyone is friendly. The coffee is always fresh. The menu is standard to every dunkin donuts. The pumpkin iced coffee is my favorite.

I came here this morning before going to run errands. The line was long. The person working the cashier was very quite and didn’t fit to my needs. He messed up my order. My food also looked like it had been literally thrown together. Put some effort in like c’mon. Never coming back here because the terrible service.

No no no no no no no no no no.
I came here after brunch because my friend wanted a latte and offered to buy me one too. She ordered a vanilla latte hot, and a chai vanilla latte iced with extra ice. She asked if the chai latte was 99 cent and they said yes through the intercom.
We pulled up to the window and the guy says the vanilla chai is not 99 cent.
Pause.
Why didn’t you say that through the intercom? We specifically asked the question. He — Imran is the guys name — just stares at us and says it’s not 99 cent over and over again. So finally I say okay so what’s the total and he gives me the total including my friends latte that she just paid for. Then he redoes the total and hands me a hot chai latte.
Pause.
We asked for extra ice for the chai latte and you give me hot. No. Noooo. So he takes it back and pours it over some ice and hands me a lukewarm chai latte.
Pause.
I say look, Imran. I don’t want any problems we don’t have any beef I’m not trying to give you a hard time or anything. But I asked for extra ice and it’s lukewarm. Can you help me? And Imran says, «I can’t fit anymore ice on top.»
Pause.
C’mon, son. So I’m done at the this points I ask Imran for a cup of ice and do the switchover myself. It’s not that hard especially when someone on your team made the disconnect.
Otherwise, I love dunkin donuts coffee and lattes and I just wish it could have worked out between us Imran.
