I have a case of buyers remorse, in the spring Cub Cadet offered a special if you were to pre-order a snow blower. After this past winters big snows I stepped up and took the offer. Well, the snow blower arrived at Jacobi Sales on August 31, and I paid an additional $ 50 to have this delivered. Well, they were unable to deliver on the promised date, calling the day before to say that Friday was«sketchy» so I offered two other days the following week. Jacobi Sales failed to deliver on those days, failed to contact me, well they just failed miserably in all aspects of customer service. If I could go back in time I would avoid this place, how does a company keep its customer base when this lack of consideration/respect goes on. I even went so far as to contact them at 2:45 for an update on the 3rd delivery promised date. I had to leave a voicemail and even then they failed to return my call. Why do I have to call THEM about delivery, its totally lost on Jacobi Sales. I would simply say avoid this place.
