Korman Residential At Willow Shores

Not Bad. I had a 1 bedroom with den and patio mid-​upgrade apt on first floor. Leasing office was mostly helpful and pretty honest. They were fair in giving security back at my departure. Apartment was not the best floor plan. The den is more like an oversized closet than an actual room. The patio was nice to have and I was able to BBQ outside. Most people were friendly there although I had difficulty with the upstairs neighbor. When I moved in, the apartment was cleaned wonderfully. One of the best maintenance staff’s ever. They were so quick to fix things! Also plenty of closet space. The price was somewhat high for what you got. If you work in Northeast Philly it is very convenient. However, it is too far from NJ turnpike and 295 to be do-​able on a daily basis. I had a problem in the complex with leasing and spoke to corporate. They were wonderful and remedied the situation immediately. Very classy people. I would recommend this apt as a safe, comfortable, if overpriced place.

Great place to live! We dealt with Rose and she went above and beyond for us. It is right by the river that has a trail, work out room, free breakfast, CLEAN apartments, maintenance there AS soon as you call them, a lot of parking and I feel like they are a concierge service ! Ask about anything and they are quick to help! Check out their pictures, they are exactly what you get and the apartment that was shown was exactly what we got. We feel very safe here and I called the police dept just to be sure! As they advised me to do. Love Willow shores and Rose!
