I didn’t buy anything here and that was more because of the price range I came on with and nothing else. They were super nice and explained everything I would ever need to know about what type of bike I wanted what my price range should be and what good brands are. All and all they were too much for my budget but for the quality of bike I was getting I could readily understand why that was the case. If you have the money and want a solid quality built bike come here otherwise you are better off somewhere else.

Bill’s Bikes is the best! I’ve purchased two top quality bikes from his shop in the past three years along with many accessories. Bill and his associates(special mention to Dave) have always given me the very best customer service and advice for maintaining my stable of human powered steeds. Bill even personally recovered one of my bikes that was stolen from my home and helped me positively identify the culprit. You’d be hard pressed to find top notch personal service like that anywhere.

Stopped in with my Jamis Explorer 2 with a broken rear spoke on Palmyra Day. Mr Bill checked it out and replaced it. Whlle working on it he noticed I had a few other spokes replaced. Told me they would probably continue to do so. Just before getting home another spoke broke! So… I took it in and asked about my options. He told me I could put a new rim on just like what I have or get rim re-spoked with good old USA made spokes for a little more money. I chose the latter for a few bucks more knowing I won’t have anymore problems. I’m a satisfied customer. Mr Bill’s experience and honesty are worth every dollar you spend. So what are you waiting for? Check out Mr Bill’s.

There are many options offered within the store. You are able to buy everything from a child’s first bike to a casual bike for an adult. There is a wide variety of styles and the prices are average. The store also sells many accessories that go with bikes such as bells, baskets, training wheels, and helmets. The people working in the store know the products well and will make sure you get what is best for your needs. They also provide services such as changing out tires and fixing chains.

The Delanco Women’s Club and William Koltonuk, owner of Mr. Bill’s Bicycles in Palmyra New Jersey, both graciously donated their time, money and service to the maintenance of the two bicycles owned by the Delanco Police Department.

Went to Mr. Bill’s to shop for a bike for my wife on a Saturday afternoon, Even though there were several other shoppers in the store Bill took the time to have my wife test ride 3 different bikes, explaining the differences in them and even lent me a bike to ride along with my wife. My wife is very happy with her new bicycle and uses it several times a week. Don’t go here with a Walmart budget, Mr Bill only sells quality bikes and his expertise is well worth the cost.

I have been sorting out where to finally purchase the bicycle helmet which I’ve unnecessarily been putting off. I considered the options that popped into my head: Via Bicycle, where I acquired a decent Schwinn cruiser once upon a time but can’t recall if they carry helmets, Bicycle Revolutions where I’ll have to empty my wallet and offer up my firstborn to afford anything, take a chance with some crap one from Walmart, or go to the out of the way(for me) place my family has been going for years, aka Mr. Bill’s. I worked in a family visit and some errands to my trip to this bicycle shop. Mr. Bill was behind the counter when I walked in and greeted me warmly. I told him I was in the market for a helmet and he walked me over to start checking them out. I knew two things: I wanted a black one, and that I have a large head. He could also see that I probably wouldn’t fit in the women-specific ones but I tried one on anyway. Didn’t work out. I did choose a universal Bell Slant helmet with a removable visor at a reasonable price. Mr. Bill showed me how to adjust it, what to do if it starts getting loose, etc. He also showed me some new clothing and accessories he just got in. If you need anything bike-related, chances are he has it. This is a very well-stocked shop with road bikes, mountain bikes, those for the little ones, etc. I had a pleasant experience and will be returning.
