I have shipped hundreds of packages from hundreds of UPS locations across the country. Of all those packages, all have arrived intact and unmolested, except two. BOTH times I had the contents of my package stolen, I shipped from this location, and BOTH times my package was processed by that smug little prick, Brad. The box arrived as scheduled, but some of the valuable contents had been removed. DONOT ship from this location. Brad cannot be trusted.

I work for a nation-wide financial firm & sometimes our clients don’t have a fax machine so they need us to fax confidential, sensitive documents to their local UPS store so they can pick them up for a service fee. I called several times during normal business hours and kept getting an answering machine. I finally got through and asked for their fax #, to which the man said«why do you need that?» and«I need to know what you’re faxing». I said it was for a mutual client and gave him her name. He then demanded to know my name and what I was sending. He was so unbelievably rude I asked who I was speaking with. At first he wouldn’t tell me. I asked again and asked to speak with his supervisor. He said his name was Brad and he was the Manager/Owner. I then told him«No thank you I’ve changed my mind and I’ll take my business elsewhere» and hung up. HETHENPROCEEDEDTOCALLMEBACKONMYPHONE to argue with me some more and ask more questions about my company and who I was!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Is this how you treat all your customers? I’ve never in my life had such rude, nasty, and unspeakable customer service. 1st of all, I was going to give you my business but you’re so rude that now I am not. 2nd of all, you have no right to call me and harass me when I have chosen not to be a customer of yours and who I am is none of your business! 3rd of all, the phone call was recorded as is all of my phone calls(just in case this guy is completely off his rocker). I called the location down the street at 1152 Mae Street in Hummelstown and spoke with Linda. She was super helpful right away no problem and said she’d be waiting for my client to show up. If I could give Brad 0 stars I would. If not for the UPS name behind him I’d imagine he’d be out of business in no time considering the way he treats potential customers.
