Great technical support, I would say the best in the IT industry. Their products are rock solid to start with and they provide technical support that is above every other networking vendor in the market. Great experience owning a switch made by Arista, you won’t be disappointed. Much less expensive than other networking products and yet they have higher quality and performance.

Anything Andy Bechtolsheim touches becomes gold. He is a modern Midas man. Made tons of money at Sun. Created Granite Systems and then sold for tons of money to Cisco. To top that? He was the first $ 100K check to Google (you can look up what that’s worth and then cry). The man has an amazing fortuitous view of technology. Now he’s started to look at the future of networking and Arista makes unbelievably low latency, high density 10Gb switches. 48 ports in 1U? that’s pretty crazy but soon there will be a 64 port version. The layer 3 stack maybe a bit on the infant side but I’m convinced they’ll get up to speed soon. Arista is probably going to kill it just like all of Bechtolsheim’s other ventures.
