Order my children’s grade shirts for end of year picnic. They worked with me and with little notice was able to get 115 shirts with names with ease. Great job, thanks again!

They were recommended to me and after I put them through a lot of research on a variety of items my organization was considering, we ended up going with only one due to cost and where it was made. Jenny was great, she went with it and completely understood even though she must have spent a lot of time researching information for us. I felt a bit bad, but she knows how it goes sometimes and said the research might come in handy in the future. I would highly recommend them, they work hard to get you the information you need in a timely fashion. Sure they’re only open from 1−5PM, but you try running a small local business while competing with the big boys online. It’s tough and they’re still chugging away. I came back to them with a personal project and due to our iffy schedules, Jenny figured out she had less than 48 hours to create the art, figure out sizing and print 4 customized tote bags for me. But, she pulled it off… even though it says they close at 5PM, she stayed late both days to make sure that my art design was just right and that she completed the project in time for a reunion that I was making them for. Call ahead before you drop by if you want to make the most of your time, that way they can have all the info pulled up for you before you show up. So if you’re thinking of creating some customized cards, pillows, tote bags, shirts, buttons, etc. this is the place to go. They give you one on one attention and work hard to provide alternatives and examples for you to choose from. Jenny and Al were both really nice and easy to work with. Sometimes you might get interrupted by a phone call from a customer, but I just spent that time reviewing the catalogs or checking out the other nifty items they make in house for future reference. So give them a shot if you like the personal touch and believe in supporting small local businesses. They don’t advertise, so they tend to get business through word of mouth. They apparently are a bit old school and most of their customers thank them via phone(the personal touch/old fashioned way). So head on in and check out some samples of the work they’ve done if you’re considering different companies.

Canon printer repair took 9 weeks. If I could rate them no stars I would. It took me 10 trips total. They are often closed for various reasons. To their credit, they seem nice like nice people, but 3rd world country work ethic. I had to make 3 trips right at the end because they would never call me.

They repair PRINTER * COPIER * FAX and they are Canon Authorized Service. I called them to ask few questions about my Canon printer i560. The rep was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He knew the model of the printer well and it’s functions. He also provided useful suggestions. They charge $ 20 for a diagnostic.
