The best steamed lobster and authentic paella on the west coast. The paella is only available on occasion but worth repeat visits to ‘catch’ it.

Who would have though Casa Cowper would make it to Unilocal.Honestly, don’t go there! Casey will over feed and over booze you to the point where you will have to walk home or sleep on his floor. Yes, the food is great. Yes, the booze is great. Mostly fine wines. However, if you do ever go there be aware that you will be subjected to horrid «rock and roll» type music and probably lots of inappropriate conversations — especially if Bill is there. All in all, I say STAY AWAY unless you are already stuck in the vortex.

By far the best food in Palo Alto. It’s a private residence that caters to neighbors and friends. Most nights are pot lucks where people bring anything from salads to sides to desserts. The food is amazing. Casey the head chef is always concocting new recipes and new themes.
